I cannot sing the praises about this location enough. From Theresa at the front desk who is always greeting patients with a warm smile to each of the technicians I’ve visited with. The customer service is top notch! Scheduling is easy and the scheduling department is accommodating.

I went last year to this facility for a mammogram, everything went well, even though it took some time (over 2h).
This year, I scheduled again only to see - just before leaving home - that my appointment was cancelled. I actually happened twice, today and Dec 22nd. No call, no offer to reschedule, a plain email that I could have easily missed. I won't go back and I don't recommend.

My mom went for Abdominal Ultrasound 03/19/2025 at 8:45 am, the woman doing the ultrasound was a student who was nice but the Technician was very rude and impolite to my mother. People like her shouldn't work in healthcare. One ⭐ for this site for her attitude.

My wife needed an MRI, and we (unfortunately) chose this place. She received the standard email asking her to check in online. About 30 minutes later, she was all done. Thankfully, the in person check-in will go quickly. WRONG. We found out why she had to arrive 30 minutes early. They don't actually get the information from the net check-in and didn't seem to know who did. So, she had to fill out the paperwork again, by hand. It looked like someone was typing in her info to a computer. This process took about 40 min. Once that was typed in, the tech showed up. My wife described him as condescending. The MRI machine was so tight, compact, and loud that she became claustrophobic. The loudness was especially worth noting because she needs hearing aids. Can't imagine the noise for a normal hearing person. This place would be given negative 5 stars if possible.

Took a friend here. The wait was so long I was ready to send them a bill.
Front desk staff was so slow it wasn't funny and they quite obviously over book appointments.
Floors needed to be professionally cleaned.
The institutional green walls were probably last pained in the last century. Nice wall murals however if you like Florida oceans.
All in all I recommend you go elsewhere.
TGH may own the place but it's run poorly
and less than anyone should accept.

The owner of this imaging center said he takes these reviews seriously. Obviously not. Do not go there. The building needs to be torn down. They overschedule because of greed.

I am a RN and have had significant experience with imaging and locations. This imaging center should be shut down. It is disgustingly dirty stains 3’ wide on carpets. It smells awful. If it was a restaurant the county would close them immediately. This is a medical facility it should be clean. We waited 20 minutes to register, the clerk was working alone and snapping at customers which I understand because it was packed. After waiting she told us we needed to fill out paperwork which I did on line and she said she didn’t have it. After filling out half the paperwork she said we were too late and they couldn’t do the scan even though we were told to be there at that time by scheduling. Skip this facility.
After re-reading my review and others it is obvious the problem is management. The staff may be doing their best to do their jobs but without the support of owner and managment the clinic will never be better.

HORRIBLE PLACE LETTING MY GRANDFATHER DIE, HE WAS 5 MINUTES LATE AND GOT RESCHEDULED FOR THE 3RD TIME AFTER THEY SAID HE COULD BE LATE DUE TO AN IRON INFUSION. LETTING PEOPLE DIE!!! DONT GO HERE THEYRE GONNA KILL YOUR FAMILY
