I appreciate Dr. Webb for her exceptional care and expertise in pediatric medicine. The compassionate approach and clear communication helped ease any concerns I had about my child's health. Dr Webb created a welcoming environment, very patient, and making each visit a positive experience for both parent and child. I started coming with my 5 year old and now my 3 month old. Highly recommended for their dedication to children's well-being.

What happen at this office? Dr is amazing, once you see her after long waits, office staff very nice. That aside, this 1 topic per visit thing is ridiculous. Took my grandson for allergies and he also is due for a well care check up. Nope, one thing at a time. Must make separate appointments for each individual thing, months apart at that. The dental, same thing. Brought my grandson and specifically told them a tooth needed to be pulled, obviously they were in agreement because we were told to make another appointment for that, you guessed it nothing available soon. The dental practice of taking the child and no one can go with them is creepy.

I have been bringing my daughter here her whole life. She has only ever seen this office. I absolutely adore her doctor and the nurses. However, I have consistently had endless problems with the office staff and organization. I have had appointments canceled without notice and I get left to find out once I have arrived. I have had phone calls at 4pm on a Friday canceling my appointment for Monday morning after I have already scheduled time off from work. I have waited sometimes 1 hour or more in the office for appointments that were scheduled months in advance. And then this week they crossed the line entirely.

I called on Wednesday and asked for a return call from my child’s pediatrician. The week before I had taken her in for a sick visit for a communicable disease. I was given a prescription and told to call for antibiotics if the illness was not improving. We finished the course of the prescription and the illness had not subsided. I called Wednesday. Her eye was affected and it was obvious that the initial infection was spreading and I asked for the antibiotics and to get a call back to determine whether I should have her seen or simply wait on the oral antibiotics to work after she called them in. That call was made early Wednesday. I waited all day to hear back and at 5:30 I took my child to urgent care as I had heard nothing and was fearful of her eye becoming infected further if I waited a whole second day. I got no call on Thursday either. It is now Friday and I have heard nothing. My child has never known another doctor. She has been perfectly healthy her whole life and I am sad that I will be forced to change care for her due to this situation. But the trust is completely broken now. The office is dangerously mismanaged and disorganized. My child was worth a phone call and should have been spared the visit to an urgent care because she should have seen her own doctor since her mother called and requested exactly that to avoid precisely the scenario that played out.

I do not believe her doctor was ever notified of my call. We love her doctor and have nothing but respect for her. I very much wish she was located in another practice where she was reachable without a 30 minute hold time and a lack of coordination and care by staffing difficulties.

First visit was today for my 7 year old son. They are GREAT! everyone is nice and welcoming and were gentle with my son. He enjoyed his Dentist visit, and that is saying something! He hates going to any type of Doctor visit. Dr. Lisa took her time to explain things to me and I did have a few questions and she was so kind and detailed with her answers! I love that!

The clinical director called this morning to set everything straight. Long story short there was a fill in Dentist who was unfamiliar with the back story who saw my daughter yesterday. The Director offered to see my daughter again today and take care of her. When we arrived they got her back within a reasonable time and were able to do the extraction. I am grateful for the customer service and concern they showed.

Dentist completely changed the treatment plan set up by their own staff. We went in for our scheduled appointment for an extraction 2 weeks after our new patient appointment. They refused to do the planed extraction and referred us out with out even helping my kid. She is hurt and in pain which we told them 2 weeks ago at our new patient appointment and now she is going to have to wait even longer to get treated by someone else. Don't trust them with an emergency they can not handle it.

The ladies at the front especially Sonja were extremely sweet and tentative as well as very welcoming. We're absolutely happy about switching to Premier for both dental and doctors for our kids. The whole staff was excellent and informative and listened to us. They're very proficient, they were able to get both my kids through doctor's and dental visits in 2 hours!! Thank you!!!!

My first time bringing my children in to this office. WILL NOT RETURN! VERY RUDE MANAGER!! I had an appointment for my 3 year old and my 6 year old who has battled cancer. They tryed to not allow me to go back with my 6 year old who obviously has had alot of fears with anything medical happening and did not want to be alone. There appointment for for 9 and 930, same dentist. They then let me go back with both being at very end of building right across from each other in the chair. Both my girls are very well behaved and when my 3 year old finished they tried to make me go out and leave my 6 year old. I already was trying to speak to the assistant that my 6 year old can't get a bunch of xrays due to her history and risk it causes her. The lead assistant selina was very rude and just giving nasty looks as I was speaking to the dental assistant who was being very kind. She also was one giving me attitude that I can't be back there with my 3 year old whose finished and was wait quietly in corner with me for my 6 year old to be finished.Saying if she makes an exception it would gave to be for everybody. Never had this experience anywhere especially if your child is standing quietly and just had work done there too. Not everyone has help and someone to come with them. Exception should be made and understanding for parents. The lead assistant Slena should not be in that position as she is very rude and unkind with a serious attitude problem.

I thought I already left a review , as this place is THEE only drs/dentist my kids even want to go to! They're excited to see the dentist, and they break up the sessions if you wish. So that way the kids not traumatized, it's genius. On top of being very kind and sweet upon walking through the front door, the office is always clean and welcoming. I was able to go back with my kids to get their work done. They have stuffed animals for the kids. They have a headphones that go on the kids heads and a TV. That's pretty much on the ceiling for them to watch while they are getting the work done. They have a separate room for kids that are sick and TVs and both rooms with cartoons playing all day ,♥️ I will never go anywhere else! As my kids would never want to 👍
