Staff was very courteous and pretty thorough. They did x-rays while I was there. Gave me a cortisone shot for inflammation, which did help a lot. They recommended a boot and gave me consult for physical therapy and MRI. We did not discuss the findings of the x-ray and I was not called about that. I did receive a call, automated wanting to know about how I was feeling and when I called them back it wasn’t actually a true follow up call they never took my name. They never asked who I was and I gave them a report of how I was feeling and they said thank you so that part was kind of odd. Anyway, overall, I guess the experience was pretty good.

I had severe pain in my shoulder rotator cuff and thankfully picked the right ortho clinic at a moments notice… The team in the front were so kind being that I was in so much pain. The wait time was roughly 30 minutes, which seemed like forever, but in reality they were pretty quick… Got my x-rays. the verdict and the doctor relieved my pain and I thank them very much and if this review helps you in anyway, deciding if this is the right place to go …you will be Pleasantly surprised .

Our visit to this facility generally left a positive impression.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a specialized clinic close to where the injury occurred, where we received prompt assistance, including an X-ray, temperature, and blood pressure checks. For this, we give the facility a solid rating of 5.
The doctor was attentive and clearly explained all aspects of the diagnosis and treatment, which added to our positive experience.
However, despite the doctor's professionalism and the convenience of the location, we observed several significant issues in the organizational process that, in our opinion, require immediate improvement:

1. Filling Out Documentation. Our child, with a broken leg, had to wait in the lobby while we spent 25-30 minutes completing numerous questionnaires. In such a situation, where urgent care is needed, it would be more logical to begin the diagnosis (for example, taking blood pressure, temperature, and conducting X-rays) in parallel with collecting essential financial details (insurance, payment card, etc.). While the medical assessment is underway, parents would have sufficient time to complete the paperwork.

2. Improving the Questionnaire Process. Ideally, the questionnaire should be available via QR code, as is implemented in similar facilities. This would allow parents to fill out forms more quickly using saved data in Google Chrome and benefit from the built-in translator if they are not fluent in English. The current method, where parents take pictures and process paper forms, only slows down the process and adds inconvenience. Also, automatically transferring data from electronic forms to the facility’s database would save staff from redundant data entry.

3. Providing Medical Summaries. Upon completing the visit, we requested the doctor’s report, and we were promised it would be sent by email the following day. However, more than a day has passed, and we have not received any email. We believe that if a facility promises to deliver electronic documents, it should strictly adhere to the timelines, as delays in medical documentation create additional challenges.

We greatly appreciate the care provided and the professionalism of the medical staff, but we urge the administration to review the organizational processes to enhance the speed and quality of patient service.
