Integrea Community Mental Health System is a fantastic addition to our community, offering essential services for those facing mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Their dedication to providing support for everyone, whether dealing with major challenges or just needing someone to talk to, is commendable. As a local realtor, I’m proud to support such a valuable resource that makes a real difference in people's lives. Highly recommend visiting them if you or someone you know needs help. I had the pleasure of attending their ribbon cutting ceremony today. #SupportLocal #MentalHealthMatters #AuburnALRealtor

Terrible experience. They need an actual auto-call system to remind and confirm patient appointments. The business is very backward and behind the times with technology. My child’s therapist doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing, which is a waste of time. I can tell she’s fairly new to the field. According to the therapist, it’s required to see a therapist twice before seeing a psychiatrist for medication, even if there’s a prior diagnosis and prescriptions on file. This place is not helping at all. It’s a total waste of time to drive to the Southside for a 30-minute appointment to receive information I could have found online. Additionally, our therapist made a remark implying I might not be able to comprehend her “professional lingo” on our goal list, which was an unnecessary waste of paper with basic wording that we already implement.

Telecommunications doctor/psychologist? Not sure what his title was he wasn't considerate about my problems at all, kept asking why didnt I go to my medical doctor since I had one, he was confused as to what i was saying my problem was, what was my problems; I told him, he still questioned me, at that point I told him I didn't know what my problem was I just knew my feelings of extreme sadness I could not control I told him he was the doctor I was there to see what he thought,, he doesn't need to be a doctor in my opinion and apparently others as well, this is supposed to be a helpful place I left feeling more confused I plan on contacting someone about this facility, maybe it's great for rehab but not people with emotional problems. The staff up front was great friendly and informative. But not the so called doctor.

Mrs. Elaine and Dr. Rowe do it all!!! Love them. The desk person fully hangs up on me everytime. So three stars. Idk what I did to her. No thank you and no goodbye. Rude!!. You will also be waiting for appointments for 30 minutes some days. Then you’re rushed out! Still come back for the real ladies in there ❤️ You know who you are.

Mrs. E please pickup the phone for us again!! ❤️

Started out good, Quey was the best♥️of course the Drs are on another level.. I've been a for the longest with so many different medications that I just stopped cause no matter how many times I told them I can't be drowsy, because I have 3 kids and as a single parent no help at all in that area.. all I wanted was to have calm nerves and I always left more rattled.. now since Quey left I don't think I'll be going back either?

I come here to see Dr. Rowe for my medication and the staff has always been sweet and professional. I have witnessed them calm people who are being belligerent and I have seen them take abuse from clients (racial slurs, etc) that no one should have to deal with. As a nurse, I know it’s their job to take care of people no matter how mean or nasty or rude they are but I don’t think they get the acknowledgment they deserve for all they do and all they put up with. At one point during my appointment today, my partner felt he was going to have to intervene to protect some of the staff because of the threats and slurs by one patient his mother (apple didn’t fall far from that tree). Very few people have to deal with abusive language at their place of work on a regular basis but the staff remained calm and professional at every incident I’ve witnessed. They are amazing and deserve praise and recognition.

My Therapist and Doctor are perfect. It’s the woman at the front desk that has NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY for patients when they genuinely need help. I missed my appointment because I overslept which was indeed my fault. The issue, however, is I been out of my medication for a month now. Missing medication for mental health issues has SERIOUS side effects. ANYONE working in this field SHOULD know this. I wasn’t expecting to be seen today but there should be some kind of protocol for this with the serious medical injuries that can come from missing these medications. YES I went off on her because I KNOW she’s aware of this. I am bipolar and off my medication. On top of that, she refused to transfer me to the crisis team because she didn’t like how I spoke to her… however, I was kind and pleasant towards her the last few weeks I’ve been calling and she has not been helpful. She literally needs to be fired.

I’m contacting a lawyer if my issues aren’t resolved by Wednesday because at this point, I’m spiraling and this woman is the block between me getting the help I need and losing my mind.

Somebody needs to CALL ME ASAP.
