Complete Care Winter Haven was SO AMAZING. This was my first car accident and I had no idea what to expect. Their hours are great and flexible, especially if you work full-time! They were so welcoming, warm, and personable from the time my husband and I walked through the door. The doctors and staff were very attentive, LISTENED to us, and were determined to find the best care and treatment plan. They always met me where I was from day to day. I would recommend them 1000x over.

Chelsey, who completed my exam was polite and informative. Dr. Rice did a great job on my back, neck and shoulder. Sofia and other physical therapists put me through the best workouts for my injuries. The receptionists smiled and greeted me every time I arrived.
My financial concerns were put to rest by their chief financial adviser, Fabi. From top to bottom this is truly a class act establishment.

Subject: Feedback on Recent Experience at Your Facility

I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit my husband made to your facility for treatment following an injury sustained in an accident. While our initial interactions with the staff were positive, we encountered an issue during our latest visit when we needed to complete a form that was missing a question.

During this process, we explained the situation to a staff member, but I felt that there was a misunderstanding regarding the question being asked. The staff member began to inquire if we had legal representation and seemed to misinterpret our explanations. After repeating myself several times, she informed us that the doctor was unavailable and expressed doubt that the doctor would be able to complete the paperwork, although she assured us she would relay the message.

I found her tone to be somewhat sarcastic, and as we left, I could hear her laughing with a colleague at the front desk. This experience was disappointing, especially considering the otherwise supportive environment we had encountered previously.

I hope this feedback can help improve communication and professionalism in future interactions.

I had a great experience with Complete Care. After my car accident they took care of all my rehab needs. I would like to give a special shout out to the Administrative Health Coordinator Nelsa! She was exceptional. She took care of any questions, scheduling needs, or concerns I had. Most importantly she helped with any paperwork or needs I had with my job. Those kinds of things can be an headache when you’re trying to heal. I appreciated that so much! A special thanks to Dr. Rice, Dr. Lopez, and Dr. Weiland for all of my care and adjustments. I can’t remember everyone’s name but they all are Amazing. Thanks Complete Care for helping me get back to ME!
