Went to find a new primary care provider that took my insurance and one I felt compatible with. Front ladies were nice, but the provider refused to refill my medication even though I’ve been prescribed my same dosage for years even through family health centers. Told me to go see a specialist. It’s unfortunate for those who suffer with underlying conditions and we cannot get the proper treatment we need. Ended up going to another medical practice and they were able to assist just like that.

Front desk and location was amazing. The doctor Jeismar Bello messed up my diagnosis for my breast ultrasound. When they called, she argued that all her notes said it was my RIGHT breast. On the photo is the diagnosis that Bello marked BOTH breast by mistake, then circles the RIGHT one. The diagnosis code is n60.02 meaning “solitary cyst in the left breast”.

Doctor Margarita Dorsi I PRAY I wrote your name right I do not have my patient portal infront of me, however this doctor, literally, will literally, in full depth, completely tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about your body and health and even mental health. I have never in my life had such an altruistic, amazing, impeccable doctor such as her, PLEASE RECOGNIZE HER WORK. SHE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS 1 ON 1!! SHE HAS GIVEN ME SUCH PEACE OF MIND, AND I HOPE YOU GIVE THIS WORLD CLASS 1 OF A KIND DOCTOR THE BEST BENEFITS AND SALARY YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE, AND BONUSES. I DEMAND IT. SHE DESERVES IT!!!

THANK YOU FAMILY HEALTH CENTERS FOR GIVING MY LIFE A CLEAN SLATE AND NEW PURPOSE AND EDUCATING ME THROUGH SPECIFICALLY DOCTOR MARGARITA. As for the front staff, I would recommend just slightly going by her example. She truly does deserve a Nobel for her work!

I saw Dr Dorsey for the first time after going through multiple Doctors. She was the first doctor who actually listened to me, understood and validated my problems, reassured me that this isn't normal, and ordered every test she could to get to the bottom of it. This is the first time a doctor has ordered the test I want and need the first time. She was so helpful and fun, she understands patients and made me feel unbelievably comfortable. I typically leave Doctors frustrated and invalidated to the point where I neglect my health because I don't want to return. I'm so thankful and will be recommending her to everyone. They worked with my insurance to find me the cheapest way to get everything done and was such a great help to me. 10/10 she deserves an award.

I have only been here 3 times, on my 3rd visit Dr Rouzeau had a diagnosis for the pain that I have been suffering from for almost 2 years now( I was with a Physicians group prior) I am so appreciative of the time she has taken to make sure that all of me is taken care of!

I went to this facility as a walk in very early in the morning. Thankfully, I was able to see a doctor. She not only explained my symptoms but what we should do treat and get rid of a sinus infection. She took the time to explain what she was prescribing and why. This is rare, a doctor that listen and explains the course of treatment. I loved it!! They also have payment plans acording to your income. I found that at this office they like to work together as a team and it shows. I have no insurance so I had to pay for my visit and it was just fine.

I am not racist , it’s crazy how I can’t get into a doctor’s office any where in fort Myers, all these Spanish people need to stop having babies booking all the appointments! I have a cyst I been trying to get looked at for months all the locations are booked !
