Lately, I’ve had to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. I feel terrible about it but they’ve been so patient and accommodating!! We’ve been coming here for 2 years now and they’ve been nothing but great, even the Foley location! I’m so grateful for ALL that they have done for me and mine. We love our J, she’s amazing. Yes, they rotate Dr’s, yes some ARE over zoom, but,‍♀️that’s not an issue for us. Thank you AP! Everyone we have and continue to come in contact with are great!

I don’t know why I even try with this place. The reviews tell you everything you need to know. Worst mental health place and so unprofessional. I have been hung up on, forgotten about, had personal medical files of mine lost, and absolutely berated by mental health “experts” for something as simple as not rescheduling which was actually on their part for forgetting my appointment. Not to mention every single time I had an appointment I had a new doctor because their staff is always quitting. This place needs to either have a serious evaluation or be shut down. A 1.3 average for the only mental health place in Baldwin is UNACCEPTABLE.

So far the issue I have is that the front desk girl - Bianca is rude. I expressed concerns my daughter was having and how it was very important that they get her in asap. And she said well you can always take her to the hospital. She has no empathy at all, my daughter was hospitalized less than a week later. My request is that Office staff need to be show more empathy when a parents shows concerns.

This place is an absolute joke! Now I love the school base therapist. Although, we don't see her a lot. They put so many schools & students on one person.
Psychiatrist, explain to me why they are on the TV?
We have to come to the office.
Trying to treat my son with medicine but don't actually interact.
Yall just want money & dope the kids up. Not actually help the kids
I have never bèn a fan on Dr's but these last 2 years has prove my case. It's all about the money'

AltaPointe is the absolute worst place to go for therapy. The bottom line is that they're a huge corporation and all they care about is money. They tried to charge me $160.00 that I didn't owe. When I talked to the practice manager she basically said I was lying when I said that I didn't owe this amount. She was proven wrong and didn't even offer an apology for her rudeness. The office staff is continually changing and are poorly trained. This is the worst environment for a calming therapeutic experience.

Awful! Our innital appointment was November 9. We were told my daughter would see someone at school. She has not. I have called and they won't give me the doctors information other than her name is Anna. It's ridiculous. We could have completed several appointments by now somewhere else. And should have.

If I could zero stars I would. Hands down worst place to try and get help for your mental health. My initial intake appointment was fine but they then scheduled me to see a doctor before a therapist which I thought was not a good idea. I then rescheduled my appt with the dr which put me another month out. But I overlooked that bc the following week i was scheduled to see my therapist. When I arrived 30 mins early for my appt the receptionists checked me in only to call me back to the front desk a few minutes later to tell me they doubled booked appointments in my time slot.

The creepy heartless responses to all of these complaints tells you everything you need to know about this place. The fact it is still in business is a testament only to how desperate families are out here for anything to help their children.
