I want to start my comment by thanking the human team that took care of my grandmother Matilde these last few months before her departure. I have read some comments that are a little unfair to this company, but the reality is that for us it was a great help during the care of my grandmother. , the different employees of Advanced Home Health acted with humanism and responsibility, they were attentive to the health of my grandmother Matilde, she always spoke highly of the cordial treatment and the great work that this agency did, she always kept our care appointments on time. My grandmother required support in the morning for her diabetes and in the afternoon. Thank you for taking care of my grandmother, I wish I could give you a double star out of 5! I generously recommend this company.

Very disappointed with Ruth the manager or owner of this company. She never return the calls and never have a person to cover if the aide doesn’t come. And the only excuse the employees have is “she is it not here in the office and she will return the call” but she never takes the time to call back much less to resolve the patient’s problems. 😒
After I requested the VA to be remove from this Advance Home health care company and get us another company, tams. Ruth went and said that we want to change company to acomódate the aid in another company, not because of their negligence to take care the business as they supported to do. She doesn’t have any ethics or takes any responsibility of how poor she managed this company and lie to the Veterans Affairs why we really want to be out of her company’s.
