I was transferred from Broward Blvd. Chrysalis to now further location on Oakland Park and 95. I've been trying to make my first appointment there and person who is answering calls was rude been waiting to maje appointment for 3 weeks now. Reason for transfer is Broward Blvd doesn't take adult anymore. My meds are running low and I need appt. ASAP. Ridiculous and I'm not one to write bad reviews but this one was very much needed so anyone else making appt., you're not alone. Hope this helps.

I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 weeks now and can not get anyone. No one is answering the phone, it keeps hanging up . I very disappointed.

a horrible experience is the second time they send my son with these people and do not respect the time they say that in 2 weeks the therapist arrives and arrives after a month begins the therapy the following week and does not return or call or anything that is unrespectful if your work is not free people pay for their services please ppl do not choose terrible chrysalis terrible service horrible customer service all look for better options
