I was extremely pleased. The audiologist was very thorough and well organized. She answered all of my questions and explained all of the tests before they took place. Nothing was rushed. After the test was complete she went over the results carefully, answered all of my questions and guided me as I selected hearing aids that were appropriate for me. A great experience!

I could not recommend this clinic enough. I was so nervous for my appointment, but Dr Bush and the receptionist made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Dr. Bush went above and beyond to help me get the help I needed. Overall, a very great experience.

Fantastic experience. Dr Bush is awesome. This is my first experience getting fitted with hearing aids. We were greeted immediately by the receptionist and waited just a few minutes before being taken back earlier than our appointment time. Dr. Bush was extremely respectful of our time, yet never rushed. She made certain we were absolutely comfortable with my new hearing aids before we left. Would highly recommend!

Couldn’t go to a better place, and meet anymore wonderful people than at Preferred Hearing Services.They just want to make you happy, while taking care of your needs as a customer, and friend. I’ve been experiencing clogged ears for a couple weeks, and have did everything imaginable to clear it up. I googled where to get my ears checked, closest place was Preferred Hearing Services. Called them and got a quick appointment, man did I luck out! Dr Bush examined my ear, and I could see it on the monitor as she looked also. You have impacted wax in the ear causing your problem, I can remove it and it should be fine. She spent an hour, meticulously, and ever so cautiously removing all the built up impacted wax from my ear, no more clogged up ear, and I could hear a whole lot better!! And didn’t charge me that much, I tried to pay them more, and they said no, what a treat. Great people there, I seriously mean that, thank you all at Preferred Hearing Services.
