The most amazing service we have ever seen. The beach and pool staff are so attentive. The cleaning staff was incredible went above and beyond every day. The beach was super safe we felt safe leaving our belongings so we can spend time in the water as a family. Grocery store next door so you can eat as healthy as you do at home! Coconut at the beach was pricy but worth it. Front desk were super nice and even let us stay longer. Gym was great had all equipment with amazing beach views. Bed was comfortable and room was spotless. Location is also great easy to get to from|Miami airport and beach was good.

Great service! The spa was amazing!! I love that it's right on the beach!! He drinks and fiod was delicious. Very clean and beautiful property! You have to try the herbal sauna! Perfect to releve stress! Its was very relaxing. Can't wait to return!

The Carillon is great! Went with friends for a day trip to the spa and I couldn’t recommend more. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful and it was overall a lovely experience. We enjoyed the steam room, herbal infused heated room, and heated stone loungers the best. With an adults only rooftop pool and beach access, this is the perfect getaway. Plus the restaurant was absolutely amazing for lunch with great service and delicious lobster tacos. Thank you to all the Carillon staff and directors for making this happen! Definitely book this now!!!!

My bff and I came to the spa for for my birthday celebration! We booked a massage and enjoyed all the amenities it included! This was by far the best spa I’ve been to. Brittney my massage therapist was the best I’ve ever had and my friend really enjoyed her massage with Marcial. Sabrina at the front desk helped us with everything we needed. Would absolutely come back over and over again

I love this hotel! |I wish it wasn't so expensive, I would only go there. |It's serene, clean, and has lots of amenities and beautiful pools. |Everything you can wish for in a resort. I could spend most of the day at the hotel without getting bored. |The rooms are large and comfy as well.

This was the perfect place for a daughter/mommy catch up weekend Beautiful room and great service! I loved the classes as well and our massage was great. It was easy, the beach was awesome and we could walk for miles. And I think this was my only on time flight of the year (both ways).

It's our home away from home., Alicia the fitness pro made it extra special with her classes , I thoroughly enjoyed my Barre class with her and I got the work out that I needed !
