I was in physical trouble. Upon arrival I knew that my decision to come to the Urgent Care Department of the Florida Medical Center was pragmatic to my health and wallet. A great alternative to an Emergency Room without the cost, wait or worry. After 24 hours, this is my opinion. I've received specialized care, Doctors and staff who actually have tended to me as if they were family and are nurturing me physically, mentally and spiritually.

Inside the ER, the doctor and nurses were great, and all her tests an Rx were efficiently performed, but when they discharged my mom, an alzheimer patient with great movility dificulties, they did not accompany the patient to exit the ER, neither they assured that my mom was safely put in her transportation means. I had to wait more than one hour until my daughter showed up to assist me putting my mon in the car.

I was taken care of in a timely manner. I know everybody have complaints but I don’t. I was well taken care of. I came in for my eye cause it went from pink eye to worse but after I was seen and done test on it, they found out the problem and took care of it and even recommended me to see a specialist if the problem was still going on. All the nurses were helpful!

The worst hospital that I have ever been to. Even the law enforcement officer ask why did I come to this hospital, he hates it. This was the worst experience ever. The triage nurse was not welcoming and short with answers. The doctor saw me at the beginning, but never came back with any results from the EKG and blood work. The nurse put an IV and never came back. I discharged myself after 6.5 hours of no attention or results by going to the main nurses station and demanded that the empty IV be removed. No discharge documents or follow up. I'm surprised that I was sent these survey... not even life or death will bring me back here. AND EVERYTHING IS OLD AND ANTIQUATED! I give a zero star.

The doctors were very friendly and caring, but the staples that I had to get inserted was not even nor straight they could have done it better part of my cut is still open

Worst hospital I have ever been treated in. Nurses were busy gossiping about patients and their supervisor. Doctors were nowhere to be found. Blood samples were lost or mishandled and had to be redone. They didn't provide any treatment or give me relief. I left the hospital feeling the exact same way I came in. Other patients were screaming and begging for help, and no one came to their aid. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I can't say enough good things about this hospital. I've never had a problem. I've been to the emergency room twice for serious things splitting my head open fracturing my shoulder. I got the same rate doctor and he put me back together. They got me in quick. The place was clean. The staff was friendly and the guy that does the CT scans was excellent. A big guy like me and that little machine made me feel comfortable with me the whole time you don't find that nowadays, people are all tied up on their phone . Thanks again

Had a great experience didn't have to wait long they took care of me right away. Had a kidney stone very painful but the minute they took care of it pain went away thank you guys for your service.
