The Asthma Allergy clinic is awful! The clinic in Lutz and Land O Lakes is fantastic but this one is trash. I waited for 17 min to simply schedule a shot only for them to tell me another dept has to call me back. Their hours are not convenient. Their doctors are not punctual. And it should not take an act of congress to simply schedule a shot.

Regarding the weight loss clinic in suite E.....I called to inquire about the compounded Semaglutide injections. When I asked what compounding pharmacy they used, they refused to say. That's a HUGE red flag. The fact that Florida Medical Clinic is even doing these injections is a little sketchy, but I figured they're more reputable than some of these med spas in the area. Guess not!
I was told to make an appointment, pay the $100 1st time consult fee and MAYBE they'd tell me the name of the compounding pharmacy they used.
Hard pass. Such a bad look for them. Typical money grab.

The ENT office is terrible. The front desk staff always seem upset. They are not friendly or welcoming! I’m allergic to iodine and need a CT scan. For weeks I’ve asked for other options. I was told they would do it without just to arrive and now I’m told they won’t. It’s very frustrating. The fact I have a mass is scary but to have staff and the ARPN, Heather not seem to care is disheartening. They told me to get it done at the hospital without providing any instructions. Very disappointed in this place!

A big shout out to Rachelle in the radiology department. I took my mom to her asthma doctor n she sent her for blood work n a CT scan n to make a appointment with her primary because her blood pressure was to high. While doing her blood work Rachelle was able to make her CT appointment with a appointment with her primary on the same day with a half hour break between. My Mom is 89. We enjoyed her n her Mom for doing what that did n being so pleasant 😃

Jenifer T in suite E should be fired. She does not want to work. She does not want to help customers out. She sits at her disk with the worst attitude possible and is loosing patients for her doctors. I really liked my doctor but I will never be back because of Jenifer. Someone in this company really needs to have a conversation with this employee. It is unacceptable.

CARROLLWOOD LOCATION, specifically Dr. Kamath and Gerald Curley offices. The most disrespectful, uncaring, unprofessional staff. Used to be SO much better but totally fell off after COVID. AVOID. They don't understand how to process billing or insurance and are overall run by incompetent, uncaring staff. The doctors are great if you get a chance to see them once every 4 years. I've been a patient for over 7 years and can't get out of here fast enough.
