Baptist Health Orthopedic Care, AYLYAROV: ALEXANDR, has excellent service, the whole team in the office is very friendly and caring. The work environment is clean. The doctor office actually sees you at your time, there is no wait time. The doctor did an amazing job with my surgery, he care about the work they did on my ankle and made sure they did all they could in my surgery and after my surgery. Excellent job.

My opinion is that this Dr didn’t show much or any compassion for a senior with a broken hip. Offering me an inflammatory RX for the pain was ludicrous. Also the amount of time I had to wait for an appointment was ridiculous. Then he told me I needed an MRI which is going to take another month!!!! Unacceptable! Our health care system sucks and I do not recommend that anyone with a supplemental Medicare plan chooses SIMPLY or CIGNA. Whatever happened to the good old Dr’s who provided care w/o making a million referrals instead of doing their job! UPDATE finally saw the Dr again 2 weeks short of 3 months. Now he says my hip is still fractured but it has not healed and if I use it or fall again I’m screwed, he refused to recommend if I should have surgery or not have surgery and said it was up to me!!!! Going to another Dr. Btw, when they called me and said I needed surgery they told me to go to the emergency room and the Dr would come there. What kind of appointment is that for surgery? Total bs

Dr. Aylyarov and his team are very professional, I normally don’t use Baptist Specialist and i had issues before with other Doctors in the same hospital, but i gave it a try and it was worth it. From the entrance to the exit. Great team work.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was a bit apprehensive at first but Dr A assuaged my concerns promptly. I will update review after minor exploratory surgery on shoulder.
