Outstanding physical therapy provider recommended by some of the best Dr's in FL. Nicole Hudson is "outstanding" and a consummate professional and "subject matter expert" on upper extremity fractures, tendon repair, and sprains. She is also skilled with customize splinting to facilitate quicker healing. No doubt the best in Central Florida.

As a 71 Y/O having had a hip labrum repair, I wanted the most knowledgeable and helpful Physical Therapist. Zach Martin DPT is the best fit for my recovery plan. He is friendly and professional. Nothing beats a pro.
Follow up y'all! After 2 months of PT I can walk 5 miles without pain. The hip and labrum have responded very well to the process. Zach did a great job.

My experience as a patience with Select Physical Therapy still great! Specially, Matthew Leonard (Physical Therapist). This provider allows me to feel hope with the plan establish based on my physical needs. Respectful and dedication are two adjectives I can use to describe staff customer service. I am very satisfy with Select Physical Therapy. Nonetheless, my only concern is the space available to provide therapies. There should be more space to promote privacy.

Zach Martin is the best! He is very thorough, engaging, professional, outline the plan to get you to your goals and before you know it, you’re there. The pace he set for me was perfect, he pushes you without being over bearing or aggressive. I would recommend that to anyone.

I just want to say THANK YOU to my therapist Nicole for being so AWESOME!!! This was my first time going to therapy for any injury so I was really nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Nicole made a huge impression by being so friendly, listening to my needs, made me feel comfortable, and most of very exceptional at her job. With a couple of sessions I was able to bend my finger and on my way to recovery. You’re simply the best at what you do... The Select PT staff are super FRIENDLY from the moment you walk in and greeted by Ms. Carol and the other therapist just ready to assist. On top of that they take everyones health safety seriously from required face covering, temperature checks, hand washing, and sanitation. Yes, I strongly recommend this place to my friends, family, and everyone.

I’ve been taking my mother there, for therapy on her shoulder/arm, for a few weeks now, and she has been improving well. Matthew is an excellent PT, very professional and knowledgeable. And everyone there is very nice. We highly recommend this place!

Matt is a great physical therapist. During every visit, he always checks to see how you are feeling and will tailor the exercises accordingly. He is very mindful and aware of each patient and effectively manages balancing 2 patients if necessary so you are never without your next exercise.
In addition, he is very knowledgeable, positive and supportive. I'm confidently on the road to recovery. Great office staff as well (Jen & Carol) - very friendly and helpful
