Dr LaSalle is a very good doctor he has recommended a procedure for me that my insurance much to my surprise actually agreed and I'm about to have the procedure done and I hope and pray that it works for me instead of having to take narcotics for the rest of my life

I wanted express my gratitude towards all the staff that served me so gracefully and professionally today. The front desk employees were all kind and helpful not only with me, but with all the people there, I even heard how Shawn (secretary) managed a disrespectful patient that was swearing at her on the phone, and she respectfully calmed that patient down and ended that call so professionally and nice, I was impressed, that is called self domain and intelligence, she is an asset to this company. Thank you nurse Ana for serving with such love, excellence and care, you are God sent! Dr. Lasalle you are a blessing, you are so graceful, knowledgeable and kind, 10 stars for you, thank you again for caring!

My experience with the office was great. The positions and all the staff were super and I really appreciated seeing them. However, the call center leaves more than a little to be desired. I attempted calling two different times hit the number two for them to call me back in order never got a call. Finally after waiting a while. I spoke to somebody in the call center and all they could do was continue reading their script. They were no help at all if you’re going to have a call-center at least have a way for them to contact the office, which. this made me very unhappy. However, I’m just around the corner from the office and in the future I’ll go in and transact whatever I need to do and not bother with your useless call-center.

LaSalle was a good doctor unfortunately he did not prescribe narcotics like I needed to one of his employees claim that I was being rude but unfortunately he forgot to realize that everything was recorded and the lady lied so who can we trust

Today, I took my husband to this office. Before attending to this appointment I read the reviews. I was somehow negatively shocked. However, when we got at the waiting room, my opinion was completely different. The front desk girls were very courteous and friendly, the nurse was very friendly. She made us laugh. And finally came in Dr. Carlos Lasalle, who explained very clearly the treatment he would follow with my husband. We are very satisfied with this office. And the best: it is located at 15 minutes away from our house. Not less important, at the end we talked about our island, PR.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pham’s for about a year and a half and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! He listens and takes what I’m saying into account. The staff is always friendly and they genuinely want to help make your day better! 5/5 would highly recommend!!
