My parents recently changed medical group due to new medical insurance and this office has made us feel at home. From the doctors to the office employees, especially Franco. Sweet person, very courteous and compassionate. I am super satisfied to have found them. They are the best.

Dr Hilda Cruz is the best doctor I have seen for a primary care physician in an eon. I have speech aphasia since I had a stroke 3 years ago and she has this taken the time to listen to me with others cut you off short. I sincerely appreciate it I have no words to describe the staff and the nurses at IMA Medical Group they are the greatest, I only go to the Oviedo location because they get the job done.

I just want to say that the ima office was a fun house, until the new manager Silena arrive, she clean house, now it a pleasure to come to this office now. The staff that is there outstanding, I call them my angels,then is one angel 😇 name Dayana that is out of this world, she needs to get a raise, I would really hate to see her go, she is someone that very important to this office, she is always, front and center ❤️ I love the staff the Silena has molded to perfection 👌 yours truly Robert Gelpi.

This place should be shut down with the level of incompetence. Dr Emma Herrera is awful and comprehend anything. I needed referrals to specialists. She makes the referral for a completely different specialty. Calling multiple times and even asking on way out I got nothing but excuses. I then get a call from them that my insurance requires a meeting with Dr and I’m required to go. Well I went over two weeks ago but they aren’t smart enough to note the visit. Stay away of this place at all costs.

Dr. Mayra Munoz and Dr. Hilda Cruz are so compassionate, caring and knowledgeable doctors. They listen and answer any questions you may have. The front desk staff are so friendly and efficient. They are on top of everything. This office runs like a well-oiled machine.

I was a patient of Dr. Rosario when she practice in Kissimmee, she is kind, caring, attentive, and very knowledgeable. So I travel all the way from Saint Cloud, Fl to have her as my primary physician. I love to IMA group of Oviedo, they are quick to respond to your needs and you rarely wait long to see the doctor.
