I'm disappointed that when I try to call I have to leave a msg. Im There on time for my appointments and I do my e diary and I answer thier calls but when I need to contact them no ones home!!!!

Spoke w the rep on numerous occasions. Was promised my "study partner" would be compensated. After arriving was told no payment. Was guaranteed "no drugs" involved only to find out its a brain scan w radioactive dye. A bunch of scamming, scheming liars.

I was told I qualified for two studies. Did my phone interview, went in for further questions and then before my next appointment they called me saying I didn't qualify. No one ever called me back to see if there were other studies I qualify for. Plus, whenever I call their number I always get a voicemail message and no one ever calls me back. 👎👎

Unless it’s a medical emergency you can’t get a hold of anybody there to speak to Once you’re in the trial and they always claim and they’re short staffed
