Premier Care Centre DBA Family Holistic Wellnes are dishonest, deceptive and no integrity. I made an unfortunate mistake of purchasing a Groupon deal for a microneedling and hyaluronic acid treatment. They advertised Saturday hours, but when I tried to schedule an appt, they said they were closed on Saturdays and referred me to their Winter Haven office, which is two hours awa. After I complained about this inconvenience because there Orlando office is closest to me The rep was able to confirm a 6:00 p.m. appt on Monday which I confirmed. They text me a medical form to complete online and confirm my appointment again by text. I called them 45 minutes before my appt to get help completing the online form for the third time they confirm my appointment they underhandedly canceled the appt 15 minutes later after confirming with me on the phone. Once I arrived on site I saw a text message that the appointment had been canceled at 5:27 p.m. I find it sad that this business thinks that it is acceptable to cancel clients appts last minute with no explanations and offer no apology. This shows a serious lack of consideration for clients' time, they're extremely disrespectful and beyond unprofessional for this. It took me 45 minutes to drive there, and I wasted gas and time for nothing. This business is beyond unprofessional. Given how completely unprofessional, disorganized and clueless they are as a business I cannot imagine that they will keep their doors open for long. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.
