The price is good as always. I've been going for almost ten years now. The Youth Advocate Group was at 1516 Colonial when I started going there. My insurance covers 12 visits per year. I probably do about 25 vsitis per year. My favorite masseuse is no longer there, apparently. I'm still trying to find the best replacement. I used to get stretched, chiropractic adjustment, and massage all in one hour for the money. I gladly tipped pretty well on top of the $45. Per hour. I would get 1.5 hours at a time. Most of the therapists were doctors back in China or other countries. They are highly skilled.

A must do during the hustle and bustle of the holidays 🎄. Stop in for a little me time. Booking a reservation was so easy with the online site. Keeping up to date with the schedule and any arrangements were super easy with texting and phone calls.
The I Wellness Center offers many services. I have only used the one hour massage and OH MY! It was amazing! Definitely doing this again! Very clean, professional, and knowledgeable massage therapist.
The price is affordable as a gift or for some self love.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting I Wellness Spa, and I can't recommend it enough! When I found myself in need of urgent relief for excruciating lower back pain, Dr. Ivy and her incredible team came to the rescue, fitting me in for an emergency appointment.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped by the intimate, soothing atmosphere. The spa was impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. My experience began with a 30-minute massage from Maggie, whose expert touch melted away tension and pain; setting the stage for my 30-minute acupuncture session with Dr. Becky. This seamless blend of Eastern and Western practices truly showcased their holistic approach to wellness.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I was also impressed by the fully stocked apothecary, which is a testament to their commitment to overall health and healing.

I Wellness Spa offers a wide range of services, from manicures and pedicures to facials, making it a one-stop destination for relaxation and self-care. Just a heads up—parking can be a bit tricky, but there's ample space across the street.

If you're seeking relief or simply a day of pampering, (all at a manageable price), I highly recommend I Wellness Spa. Dr. Ivy and her team truly care about their clients, and their large clientele is a testament to the quality of care you can expect.

Great place! I've been going for years . Massage is professional and adapted to your needs. Great prices and products! Acupuncture, herbs, weight loss products, skin products and more! The head spa was also amazing 👏 ❤️

There were a few pros for this place, but many cons that outweighed any decision to go back. Firstly, their parking was full and confusing, and there is no website explaining anything. I went to the restroom when I came in and the floor was very wet, everywhere. There was no sign and the lady that went in after me slipped and thankfully did not hurt herself. I did not see anyone go in to mop right away. The lady at the front desk was nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating, but unfortunately that does not make up for the following:
-the walls are thin and that can be understandable if people are quiet. But there was laughter and conversation happening in the hall RIGHT OUTSIDE the room. Definitely at least once, someone or something bumped into the door.
The massage was very good at times but the massage therapist left the room without explanation not just once or twice, but around 5 times, I am assuming to get things? It felt as though they were completely unprepared for the appointment I had scheduled a week prior.
His phone also went off twice. I was irritated that he did not put it on silent immediately after the first time.
The song was also on repeat, which added to the irritation and feeling as though they were unprepared or didn't really put any effort into the experience for me.

Unfortunately I will not be going back, or recommending.

I love their massages and client service. The personnel are really attentive. It doesn't matter if you're getting a full body therapeutic massage for an hour, a facial or acupuncture, they never disappoint.
