I must say they doesn't care for pregnant women how in the whole they have you wait 3 hours in the waiting room tell me why. And another 2 hours in the back to see a doctor I don't think it make sense at all. At the end of your visit they want to take survey telling you what to do. #Unsatisfied#🥵🥵

This office is DIVERTING low income and uninsured patients to other for profit medical facilities. My cousin was there early this morning for a physical exam (back to school) and the receptionist said that the are not taking any walk-in patients. The receptionist gave to my cousin a flyer to go to the Paramount Clinic (25$ walk in appointment) located at Turkey Lake Road. We are highly dissatisfied with the service that the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH is providing at the SOUTH SIDE HEALTH CARE CENTER. Hopefully, managers will read reviews from. Patients and take action. These clinics should be there for people WHO IS IN NEED. Thank you

Every time I go to get my prescription filled. They make me wait up to 2hrs in waiting room, then another hour inside doctors examination room. Then they never fill all my medications. So I have to go back again and wait another 2hrs for the missing medications. And you can't call them cause the phone number is not in service. This place is a joke.

This place is absolutely terrible. The office workers up front have awful attitude and blatantly disrespect you. I had an appointment at 3:30 and had to wait an hour and thirty minutes to see the doctor who saw me for 5 minutes and was rushing. I had to get lab work done the next day all I needed was a paper that said I needed labwork so I could go to the office next door. After an hour and thirty minutes i still didn't receive the paper I needed and had to go. When I approach the person up front about why it was taking so long to print a paper, she told me with an attitude to go sit down and wait that I wasn't the only one there for labwork. Yet there were only about 10 other people in the room and I had been there since the place opened. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The people there take advantage that its clients are low income community members and give them subpar service.

1st appointment went well after that 2 other appointments waited over an hour..why ? And its not even busy ! All I hear right now is all the ladies talking about random conversations and im stuck waiting and wasting my time. Also agreed the front desk clerks are rude.
