When I was in the market for a new cell phone Best Buy had many different options. When I needed a new color printer I made a trip to Best Buy to shop for the printer that would serve my needs as I had a project to write another book. The staff were happy to help me find the right color printer. I decided to purchase an Epson Color Printer. It was on sale at a reasonable price. I have been able to get a lot done with my project. I highly recommend Best Buy for anyone who is looking for good quality electronics with good prices.

I had a short in my 2005 Buick LeSabre radio and an Auto repair company told me that Best Buy at Gulf View was the best around. So, I went in to check out their car stereos. I had no idea what to get or what would fit. Neither did the sales lady so, she called in Best Buy's stereo geek, Ryan. I explained my need and he showed me my options. I made my choice, under no pressure, and he told me that when I buy from Best Buy the installation is free, Wow !!!!
Ryan installed the stereo within an hour and explained the operation of it.
The next morning the car battery was dead again. Ryan said to bring it back at no charge. He traced the short and said that I would need to replace a certain part under the dash and that I would have to order it from Amazon. While we waited for the part he wanted to try something to be sure. Ryan walked the extra mile and called some fellow geeks to find out what might be causing the short. Ryan called me back a third time, not wanting to give up and at no charge, to try something else. By this time I had received the part and he put it in. He said it helped but, he did something else and the short was gone. I asked him for the bill and he said "No Charge". I had to tip him good for the money that he saved me had I taken it to a dealer.

Customer service sucks bunch of people standing around not doing nothing come and pay cash for a TV. They tell you it’s gonna take a little while to get the TV. I said well that’s ridiculous. If you’re paying cash, there’s plenty of people standing, around not doing nothing might as well go in the back and pick it up. Customer should not have to go through that.

Not to mention, I heard another customer complaining about spending $2200 and not being helped not something you wanna hear when you go to purchase a brand new TV from a company that’s been around for so long. Sad to see the customer service is going down the tubes I guess employees that work for Best Buy are becoming order takers.

Oh and also if you don’t use your credit card within a year, they close out your account and then if you wanna get another one, you gotta run your credit again 🤬🤬🤬

I absolutely love shopping at Best Buy because they stand by their products! Alexie and her team helped me return a Rog Ally after I was really upset about it. I admit, I escalated things, but the team was so understanding and professional. Best Buy offers great insurance for all your products, ensuring everything works as it should. They always recommend sending items to Geek Squad if needed—because you know Best Buy will take care of it and they sell everything! Huge shoutout to Alexis, Jason, and Leain for treating me so well, even when I was being difficult. So, y'all. We are new home owners, and had a lot we needed to buy for the new house. Austin was an absolute pleasure to work with. We talked his ear off, from routers to TVs to graphics cards to robot vacuums. He was extremely patient, answered all our questions, and I think Best Buy should be proud of him. Hire more like him.

I went to purchase a tablet for my niece. There were only 5 customers (maybe less) in the store. We stood at the cage where the tablets were, trying to find someone who worked there to help us. Finally I asked a guy, who was stocking some merchandise, if I could get some help at the tablets. He went to find someone to help and told me someone would help shortly. 15 minutes later, still no one to be found. Finally, after about 30 minutes of no one helping we left and bought one from Amazon. So, good luck if you go to this location because customer service sucks.
