I went today for the first time, after I completed and signed all documents, the receptionist asked me for the referral from my primary. I was told the date the appointment was scheduled that they will get the referral from my primary, the person asked me for his name and phone number to contact his office. I told her, I thought you have the referral already, because they didn’t called me to cancel this appointment for not receiving the referral on time. It was a waste of time and gas. The receptionist contacted my primary office and asked for the referral, but after half hour nothing was received, and I got annoyed and asked her to reschedule. But I won’t go there anymore. They should be more efficient, and considerate with the patient.

Zero stars. Amber was the only decent person that worked at this facility besides a few super sweet nurses. The other doctors lie to you and give you the run around about hormones. I've been on hormones for 6 years and was promised several times that I could get them from a doctor here. Every appointment the doctor cancels.
I am going to suffer without my meds and they have lied to me for months. I highly suggest not even stepping foot into that building.

The doctors here are amazing, and so are the nurses. Now they are open after 6 and on Saturdays, which is amazing. The new doctor is very knowledgeable and makes sure that I am informed about everything she is doing.

Omg, thanks to Dr.Jose Giron, and his staff just got me the Ensure that I have been trying for Months to get covered by my Insurance Company. I just had an appointment with Dr. Giron yesterday and my case manager just bought 60 cans
Thank you for allowing me to be a 5 year (plus) patient with the best of the best.

horrible service... the doctor, and the nurses. They only want your health insurance money and nothing else. In my opinion and personal experience, Dr. Guiron is not mentally trained to continue with his profession, he forgets everything. I do not recommend that place at all.

I have a great experience there the staff are very friendly and caring about the patient health I went there at 6pm and still able to see the doctor that was an amazing 👏 I'll definitely recommend this clinic.
