Camilla was a huge blessing. She was happy to help. She went above and beyond. Customer service desk were so very friendly. They too were quick to resolve my issue. We spend hard working $ at grocery stores to feed our family. It makes a world of a difference if the store we buy from have welcoming and supportive attitudes. This store won me over. ive been coming to this publix for over 10 years now, today was the worst experience I have ever had, Lindsay was the rudest/ condescending person i have ever met. I dont know if shes manager or not but oh my gosh it was terrible. They need to hire people with more common sense/ respect

Jon (or John) the manager in the Deli is great. Very accommodating. Kind and polite. Extremely fast and makes a great sandwich.

Parking was very easy and the store is well stocked and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. But I still couldn't get help with taking my groceries to the car. I would recommend this store to anyone as long as they don't need help with anything heavy.

I have been shopping from this location since I moved to this area a long time ago and have never had an issue. Today I only had a few items but went through the regular line. Taylor B. had her cellphone laying between the cash register and the keypad stand and was looking at it the whole time she was checking me out. She only looked up when she handed me the receipt and did not say a word to me. This is very unprofessional and not an asset to your store in my opinion. Five stars for your store but zero stars for your unprofessional cashier.

Terrible service in the pharmacy area. They answer, dont even say hello or their name and keep you on hold for 15+min. Took me to hang up and call back to get someone to answer the phone. On top of that when someone i wont say the name was trying to get her insulin needles that was sent in more than once but denied they received the prescription, they made absolutely NO effort to reach out to the doctor and get verbal. It took the office to go out their way and call to get someone to give a verbal.
