Miss Bianca needs to learn people skills. They called me to do a tele-call with the doctor, and while I was giving Miss Bianca my information, she was acting like I was bothering her at her job. To the point where I started spelling everything in a very loud voice (not screaming). She started screaming at me, an actual adult, saying, "Stop screaming at me!" Like, what?! Screaming?! No, ma'am, I am talking loud (not screaming) because you are acting like you can't hear me. Then she put me on hold for a while (like 15 min). Heather got on the phone and finished the process. Well, after I finished what I had to do, the doctor prescribed me some medicine. This clinic proceeded to put all my medication in different addresses so I would have a hard time when it comes to picking up my prescription. Thank you, Miss Bianca, for making my valuable time a nightmare. I almost died in a car accident and she wants to act like I am bothering her valuable time. 🙄🙄🙄
