Dr. Ramirez is Amazing, she took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them.
The receptionist Janet is very attentive and the secretary Also named Janet is also very polite.
Dr. Ramirez focuses on you and not the timeline you spend in the consultation room with the Doctor.

All my other experiences with the doctors were quick and hasty after 5 minutes.
I would recommend Dr. Ramirez to anyone who wants the Doctor to focus on the patient and no the time

When Dr. Velasquez was the doctor at this clinic it was very good clinic to go to, but after he left, this place is like a sinking boat.
My mom and dad left, because the doctor that was taking care of them missed a lot of things she was supposed to do like checking my dads feet because as a diabetic patient doctors have the duty to check their feets, something she never did in a year that she took care of him.
I've been waiting for a surgery for over a year, because I have three hernias and a neoplasm in a kidney, and the time wasted waiting for the doctor to put herself together is unacceptable.

I had my appointment today @9am this morning and the IMA staff were absolutely professional and courteous. From Jannett at front desk to Maurin Dr’s helper and Dr Reyes very friendly and professional. She’s a Dr that listen to her patients.
