As usual, everyone was very polite. I was taken back promptly and everything explained to me about what had been done to my hearing aid and what to expect. Dr. Lynch is always very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.

I go to a lot of concerts and am a big believer in protecting your hearing while having fun. Preventative care for the win! A lot of the hearing offices around Auburn are geared towards older clients and hearing aids, but this office is great if you want to get preventative hearing protection as a younger person. You get custom ear canal molds made in-office that are sent to a manufacturer to create earplugs that fit like a glove. They made sure to use a manufacturer that will keep the ear molds on file for a while so you can reorder if you lose the custom earplugs (let’s be honest, it happens). This was a surprisingly hard thing to find - the other offices I spoke with only give you one mold and work with manufacturers that throw the mold away after creating your earplugs - meaning you’d have to get more molds created if you want to reorder. Doctor Rose is great and cannot recommend them enough! GO GET HEARING PROTECTION, KIDS!! There’s free basic earplugs in the lobby and custom ones take just a few weeks + are more comfortable. It’s an absolute necessity that we don’t talk about enough. Especially if you’re finding yourself in front of speakers and in loud places often.

Dr Rose was delightful. I tried another place first. Great consultation and help. Technology has certainly improved since my first hearing aids from Costco ten years ago. These are so much more comfortable and effective.

Once Dr. Rose explained that I had been promised a deluxe hearing test as opposed to the normal one, I understood. I did feel like this should have been explained to begin with but I get it that the person who answered the phone had no clue of my situation. But again, maybe he should understand not to explain all that will be done to one person without telling the others that it may not happen to them. I also felt rather left out of what happened during the short exam but again I fully understand that Dr. Rose was running everything alone on that day. Again, she was completely magnificent with my sister who gave her a 10/10.

I found the staff to be highly professional. They clearly demonstrated my hearing loss and discussed options for hearing aids. They listened to my spouse who accompanied me to the sessions and took notes. They patiently explained and demonstrated how I will use the new aids and the way to charge them each night.
