There are not enough handicapped carts. I was told a 45 min wait. I called manager Rosie. She said Fla law they only had to have 2 handicapped carts. This seems ridiculous for a store that size. She offer to go out and find one. I guess Noone going out bring one in. I am writing this waiting for a cart. I have probably been waiting probably over 20m and still no cart. I can't buy anything without it.

I just had an amazing experience at this Sam's Club. Cari, Kobe, Angela & Doreen went above and beyond, helping me with getting discounts and checking out!! They ALL were very friendly and determined to ensure I was fully taken care of. Cari and Kobe had me walking in the front entrance and Angela and Doreen had me at customer service. I truly commend them for caring about my satisfaction 🤗

Do not appreciate going in asking for another membership card cause I couldn’t find mine and confusing me to where I ended up applying for a credit card. I wondered why the heck would they need some information they asked for to just give a membership card. I never asked for a credit card I had no clue she was trying to get me to open a card. They will do anything and say anything making you think they are helping you just to get you to open one. Shame on you.

I love shopping at this Sam’s club, although they are often very crowded the store is still pretty easy to navigate. They keep everything well stocked and there are always employees available to help assist. The cafe is one of my favorite parts! The employees are doing a great job and I feel this Sams club is well managed compared to others I’ve shopped at.

This occurred on 2/25. We bought a rotisserie chicken and it was under cooked, Put me in the hospital. Was not raw but the juices were not running clear after i had noticed, obviously under cooked. 3 of us had eaten it already before realizing, I ate the most so I got the worst of it and about an hour and half later I was very sick and had to go to the ER. Guy who was behind the counter of the rotisserie chickens was glued to his phone. We came back to get our money back for the chicken and the lady at the return desk looked at me and my grandmother like we were crazy just trying to get free food. And the same guy was still on his phone after coming back for the return which was about an hour later after coming in the first time, right after that second trip was when I started getting sick. Very unprofessional you guys need to check your employee’s.

Lots of great buys, but you have to decide if you really want bulk. I don't need bulk all the times so if you just need 1 or 2 items, you might still get a good deal at the neighborhood market. Overall great for bulk purchases.

Just waited at customer service for a price check and Teresa was very rude. I was standing at a register and she called another customer up where I was waiting. I told her someone else was waiting on me here she ignored me and called the other customers up where I was standing. Then told me to go over to another register even though they had it blocked off. Do better.been coming here over 18 years never had a problem until now.
