Originally came to Healix for fascial stretching but it's turned into so much more. Healix takes a "whole body" approach and that even includes mind works. I'm aware we store emotions in our bodies which can restrict us mentally and physically.

I've had chronic knee issues for five years and after two sessions with JJ I'm already experiencing relief. Healix understands muscle memory and how our bodies tend to resist change. Stretching and psoas release have quickly pushed me forward in the healing process. I look forward to furthering my mental and physical well-being with Healix.

As a fitness professional of over 30 years I would highly recommend Healix. Absolutely a must as part of your self care and wellness routine. I have been in pain for almost a year after my ACL knee surgery. After my first stretch I was pain free for two weeks. I admit I know what Fascia is but never knew about this kind of Stretch therapy. This is not a Lab or Zone!! It is top of the line, well educated ladies that offer instant results and a service that is a must for all!

I’ve been to Healix several times for fascia stretching with Karen and love it! She’s very personable and does such a great job, ensuring to focus on all my problem areas.
