Good experience, except the store was in a bit of a disarray, including the shelves in the grocery sections and freezer sections. I USED SELF CHECK OUT WHICH was not crowded and very easy. There was plenty of space to pack your bags, too.

Over the past two years, my family’s experience with the Walmart Neighborhood Market pharmacy has shifted from positive to deeply frustrating. What used to be a friendly and reliable service has become stressful and anxiety-inducing. The pharmacy staff—including the pharmacy techs, the female pharmacist, and the entire team—are now consistently rude, short-tempered, disrespectful, and lack empathy. They display poor communication, disorganization, and negligence when handling patient medications, leading to delays and errors.

Medication is rarely ready on time, which has serious consequences for my family, especially my youngest granddaughter who risks illness when her medication is not refilled promptly. When I mention these concerns, I am met with resistance, rudeness and a lack of accountability. Most recently, despite requesting a refill for my daughter’s thyroid medication well in advance, a week passed without it being filled. On November 9th, I was told at the drive-through that although her medication request was faxed the day before, it still had not been processed due to lack of time leaving my daughter without essential medication yet again.

Patient care should be the pharmacy’s top priority, but this team’s consistent neglect and lack of concern make each visit overwhelmingly stressful.

I Like Shopping at my Local Walmart Store on Little Rd. In New Port Richey, FL. They have Made Many Store Improvements & are Trying Very Hard to Satisfy the Customers!

98% of my shopping is made online. I've only been in store shopping a couple of times. Employees are always busy doing their job (stocking) items. Overall I've only encountered 1 bad experience with 1 employee,! But this isn't a perfect world, so it's going to happen wherever we go.

I just got back from the pharmacy here I waited over 10-15 minutes! Only two people working there one working drive thru the other was this Indian woman pharmacist. She asked for my date of birth and figured out that at the time I came to the pharmacy it was my birthday. So the pharmacist says to me be back in 10 minutes and I’ll have a birthday gift for you. I come back 10 minutes later and leave and come home to realize that the birthday gift was one of my meds! NOT COOL! So with that being said you won’t be getting business from me anymore unless I have to! Shame on you Hanna McGrew who is the pharmacist manager!

Very upset!!! I can’t even count the amount of times on my finger that I’ve purchased over expired food from this Walmart location that I’m supposed to trust to give me l fresh and not expired foods for me and my family.

If you need a Walmart grocery store go to this one. It’s wonderful, the staff is amazing and you will find what you need, the self checkout is a breeze.

Train wreck, pharmacy forces you to talk to the control freak pharmacist EVERY medication you fill there even when taking it for years, and it's simple cholesterol pills. Then the grocery checkout was from the demure guy with black nail polish while the next isle over the employee is yelling at a self checkout Hispanic male for not being able to read the cash only sign, then yells this information to the other staff members that are standing around doing nothing so they can laugh and point also. We all heard her yelling also. Hope this store gets shut down soon.
