Lowe’s is the place that I have gone regularly for paint and paint supplies. Also home maintenance supplies. It is a good source for cleaning supplies. When it comes to major appliances this is the first place I will look. I trust the quality of the products. I have outfitted my kitchen and laundry room with Whirlpool appliances which I have purchased from Lowes. I highly recommend them not only for the quality, price and performance but also the friendly and helpful people that work there.

I came here to buy a tarp. When I got to the area on aisle 28 where the tarps are they were completely blocked by two pallets. I did my best to wiggle in and grab a guitar that said it was About 30 bucks. When I got to the register, it was 80 bucks. The self checkout supervisor asked me if everything was OK and I told her that I’m trying to buy a tarp, but there are pallets in the way and it’s hard to tell the prices or even reach them. I looked on the app and saw that there were more tarps on aisle 10 and B 15. When I got there, they were out of the size that I needed. I’m going to a competitor. It would’ve been nice if they had someone move the pallets so I could actually see the sizes and prices.

Just spent an hour in there waiting for a bunch of dummies with their thumbs up their butts to try to figure out how to use the paint matching software. The managers are absolute fools and the associates couldnt care less. Canceling my Pro account as we speak. Thank god there is a home depot across the street

Very clean store, organized and well stocked with EVERYTHING you can think of in terms of home improvements. We sought help from a few salespersons and all were helpful but Bobby the veteran wins this time. Patient, kind, extremely helpful in his details . However big or small your needs might be, seek him for assistance as he went over and beyond. Service as it should be: perfection ! Thank you Bobby.

Absolutely, shame on the garden department. Came in looking for our spring garden plants and every plant was bone dry and withering. No wonder there were so many plants in the discount section...and the poor wasted trees thar are dying in their custody. I don't plan to purchase plants and put my money, time and labor into plants that have already been compromised. Give them away if your not even going to give them water. Your garden department is a disgrace.

I dropped into Lowes today to purchase some garden clippers. They were clearly marked, hanging in a row with a pricetag of 18$. I was surprised at the check out when I was charged 32$. I was even more surprised when I brought it up to the cashier and she started yelling at me! Seriously?! You didn't attempt to look at the shelf hanger. You didn't look the item up in your system. You however did not hesitate to lay into me with a harsh and yelling tone. Good luck with business here. I will NEVER come back unless I need to pee. Way to lose a customer with the simplest of customer service tasks. Do they not pay you?

I just left the store. Went to buy a few bags of cement. 3 workers were chatting and I asked for help with cement. Damien spoke right up. He was WONDERFUL. helped me not only locate the product, he helped me load it and push it to the cashier. Being an older lady,it was nice that he realized I needed help. So after he pushed it to the checkout, he waited for me to complete the transaction and helped me load it in my car.. it was nice he stuck with me to find the product and load it. I did not take up much of his time, I knew he had other things to do so the transaction went smooth for both of us. He made my trip to Lowe's a good one. Usually it's actually hard to find help of any kind but please let the DM and managers recognize DAMIEN. Sat 07/20/24 approx 130pm.
