U cannot find better in the area. Dr. Cooper is kind and wise and his staff are courteous and diligent. He has had the clinic fr more than 2 decades and is a local Floridian. The lobby is a dream - roomy n often quiet.

My dog was on the brink of death, already paid almost 4000 at emergency vet for weekend care and my fur baby was getting no better. I was referred to Animal Care and went straight over on Monday. The staff was wonderful and showed they actually care about her well being, they did not give up on her when most of the test screamed let her pass. I have not been back just because of the distance from my house but they are my goto vet from now on. Highly recommend

Omg we are so happy we found this vet!! The staff is so nice, they treated us and our baby Thor wonderful! We didn't feel like Dr. Cooper was not in a hurry, he listened and answered all of our questions!! Great place if you need a vet!!

Generally speaking, I've for the most part have been pleased with this veterinary service. However, over the past year and a half I've encountered multiple situations that have been to no end frustrating. The first was when I received a quote for my dogs spaying and it was in the $300 range after the blood work had been done. When I picked her up and the procedure had been completed, I paid over $500 after the blood work had been done. That's over $200 more than quoted.

Since then I have been trying to get my prescription for Symparica Trio renewed. I'm not even trying to order through chewy and take the money away from the vet office. I only want to order a box that can be delivered to my home so I don't have to attempt to get there during their limited work hours to pick it up. However, it's been one hurdle after another and after months, I still have not had the prescription confirmed through their online pharmacy. At first it was an issue of their older pharmacy not giving them access to enter their accounts and confirm orders. After canceling that order and submitting through one that they claimed was functional, I still have not had my request fulfilled. They have no problem with me buying it in person, only if I wanted delivered so I don't have to come down to the office. Or maybe they want me to pay the full amount per dose, instead of a box at a time. Either way, it's making me feel like arranging to go to PetLuv may be in my best interest.

Spent almost $90 because my dog gets car sick. We traveled 14 hrs today and she still got car sick. Liquid Gabapentin did nothing, 5 CBD biscuits did nothing and $90 spent for nothing!

Actually, I cannot say enough good things about their service, caring for our Bella. Every one we saw and spoke with were animal friendly and Bella was happy with their care an attention . . . as we're Judy and I.
