The doctor was good. The staff is horrible. They don’t call prescriptions in when they’re supposed to. I had to go to my own doctor for my own doctor to send in a prescription that they were supposed to do. Don’t waste your time. You’ll never get your medicine.

Had to sit around for an hour to talk to the Dr for less than a minute. No one in the waiting area. Dr's excuse was a full lobby. Again, zero people waiting in the lobby. The next time the VA sends me outside the VA system I need to pay closer attention to the Dr's reviews. Today's appointment should have been an email of phone call.

The office staff is awful. I called 6 different times to get myself scheduled for something important. They did not care. Each time I called was a different story. I was told they would call me back and never would. Doreen never called me back. Hannah told me several different stories as to why they could not schedule me. Once was they couldn't schedule for 3 months. Another was 6 months. Her story never added up and once when we were about to hang up I heard her say OMG like she was about to complain to her coworkers about me. Accountability, compassion and care should be there job..It definitely is not. Apparently patients are a bother to them. Don't waste your time.

This doctors are knowledgeable, professional and caring. The staff is organized, patient and polite. Patients are treated like people. I'd highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Bin Sagheer is a great gastroenterologist who is very knowledgeable and treats his patients very kind. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Bin Sagheer treated me a few years ago for my stomach issues. He provided me with a great treatment plan and helped to ease the stomach issues that I was experiencing.

Thank you very much Dr. Bin Sagheer for all of your help. Your staff is so polite, courteous, and caring.

READ BEFORE VISITING!
Be careful if you decide to see Dr Bin Sagheer as he may not be giving you accurate information and may request that you undergo UNNEEDED AND UNAPPLICABLE PROCEDURES!
My father went in to see Dr Bin Sagheer yesterday and was given devastating news THAT WASNT FOR HIM. Dr Bin Sagheer stated he would need to be put on the ORGAN TRANSPLANT list as well as various (some invasive) testing would be needed. My parents were confused as this had nothing to do with any condition they were aware of, nothing to do with what my father were there to see Dr Bin Sagheer for. (The doctor had previously seen my father and had completed a procedure for him so he was not brand new to the doctor. This visit was to go over test results following up for a previous surgery done by different doctors several years ago and the procedure Dr Bin Sagheer had performed.)
At the end of the visit, shaken and scared over the news, my mother asked a question to do with the results they were originally there for. Dr Bin Sagheer checked with the woman who takes his notes and discovered the images and results were not on record and the information (including the advice to get on the transplant list as well as the testing) he imparted was incorrect for my father . (He does not take his own notes for his patients. He leaves that duty to the same woman who processes checkout for patients.)
He did not apologize (likely for liability) and instead just told them to "forget what [he] said" and that he'll see them in 6 months. He did not ask them to come back to go over the results he failed to connect properly. Did not offer any type of explanation. Just told them they may leave.
This is DEPLORABLE for such a HUGE HEINOUS ERROR to take place. Please think twice before seeing this doctor as his staff and him cannot get their records straight and now the question is raised as to how many people have received false information from their poor record keeping and fact checking abilities.
My father thought he was DYING for no reason other than incompetence. Absolutely shameful. BE WARNED!

Terrible communication. I was referred by the VA for a colonoscopy. I had done an at home stool test that came back positive. After ten days I call to see why they haven't called me for an appointment. The young lady said I don't know but I can do it now. She said they must have missed it. She did not sound very sure of herself. Tells me next appointment isn't until 7/22 and that is only a consultation. Doctor would determine if I needed the colonoscopy I already have a positive test result and a referral from a doctor at the VA. By the time I get the colonoscopy it will be over a month since the positive test. I can only assume they don't care. I'm scared that if I do have colon cancer they have wasted a month that we could have been treating this. Just a terrible experience. The young lady on the phone did not sound concerned at all

What I like most about the experiences I have here is the staff cares about me. I am a real old fashioned patient. I'm not treated like an account. I go to a bank to treated in a businesslike way. I go to a doctor because I need care. Lots of offices have forgotten that relationship. Thank you Debbie, Alexx, and Dr. Farah. "Pulmonary Care" is what i received because that what I needed. WOW, what a concept!
