The Dr. Was amazing. DR. COLE! The wait time was not bad at all. One nurse was awesome. I wish I had got her name. I will tell you, the discharging nurse, Susan was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked questions concerning what otc meds that could be taken with the given steroid injection and she literally rolled her eyes at me and gave a deep sigh, like she was totally disgusted. I'm sorry not everyone is medically intelligent. I was just trying to confirm, if any meds would interact with the steroid, so we would not be dealing with an overdose. Maybe, someone can teach this nurse patient manners.

The triage nurses and the doctor was excellent. But when my son had to have a chest xray the technician was very rude. My son has autism and adhd so you have to explain things to him. She didn't give us a chance to let her know this information b4 she got rude with him because he couldn't hold his breath for part of the xray. Now I understand everyone has bad days but I was extremely disappointed since we were there because of an asthma attack and when he has these issues we choose to go to the closest er.

My husband suddenly started having severe abdominal pain tonight, so we went to this ER. They got him back and assessed him very quickly. They did tests and scans and found several kidney stones. They prescribed a good treatment plan to help the stones, and made sure his pain was under control by the time we left. They were very kind and thorough and we appreciate them so much!

I gave two stars only because the dr finally agreed to treat my son. I took my son to the er at 330 am with severe ear pain, he has a history of ear infections to the point of his ear drum rupturing. The pain he was experiencing had him believing it was about to rupture again. When Dr grace (I think) looked at his ear, she concluded that it was the canal that was infected and she would not be treating it since it was not the eardrum. It was against hospital policy to treat with antibiotics if it did not impact the eardrum, the patient was not running a fever, the pain had not lasted for 14 days… and she was not going to take the time to have to justify when she chose to treat this patient. It counted points against her as a Dr and she was not having that either. Then told me to go to urgent care when they open or his pediatrician on Monday because this is something that they will need to treat.

We were taken straight back to a room, there was no wait and the Dr came in within five minutes of arrival. There was no one waiting in the waiting room to be called back. It was a quiet time in the er. I understand “hospital policy” and I also understand treating your patients with kindness and just being good to them. Her reasoning was ridiculous, how do I know what part of the ear is infected? I’m not a dr. If his eardrum
Had ruptured, it would have been emergent and the pressure he was feeling led him to believe it was going to rupture. He is 14, why would I discount his pain? He couldn’t close his mouth due to inflammation earlier that evening, and the dr knew this. She just didn’t want to treat him because it was an ear infection and we didn’t meet her criteria. I asked for a patient advocate and was told there wasn’t one and if there was they would agree with her findings.

Turned out he had been experiencing that pain for 14 days after all and he was treated for the problem that we went to the we for at 330AM.
