People are not as helpful. Workers don't really assist you and barley speaks. I only go if I'm just looking for something in particular and I want to just stay in the area. Seems as though their focus is to only ring you up and get you out. Other than that, I just don't see this as a place that's welcoming.

I have 3 mixed daughters whose hair i do frequently but i also have a black stepdaughter whose hair i was going to have to do for the first time. I was able to go in and explain my situation and they helped me get everything i needed. Her hair took me all day but it turned out great thanks to them!!!

It was ok, not bad nor good. The lady at register was nice. They have what you want, but the pricing is a bit much on their wigs. Everything else is the same as any other hair supply store.

I purchased a wig from this store and the box stated it was a full lace wig. What I received in the box wasn’t what the box advertised or what I looked to purchase. I went in and spoke with the manager at the store after I left the salon where I had my wig Installed. Of course the there was no refund or replacement. This was hurtful because The box stated that the wig was Full Lace wig 12A. I paid $197 for this wig and was being advertised falsely. When I questioned the manager she stated that all their boxes say Full lace. Please explain to me why This is not a full lace wig!! I cant even part the wig. I will NEVER SHOP IN THIS STORE OR ANY OF THE OTHERS!! I will continue to shop with my normal vendors like True Glory who will satisfy All their customers at whatever cost. This was a terrible experience as well as a lesson. I will also make sure none of my friends or family members are scammed by this company!!

Staff was rude when asking me and my Fiance if we had a mask and to put them on . Even tho there is no mask mandate for well over a month now. When I explained I have a medical condition that I legally dont have to wear a mask and we have already had both covid shots they still rudely insisted we put on a mask or we cant shop there so we turned around and walked out. They will not be getting me or my familys business anymore!

THEY HAVE REALLY REALLY GOOD GOOD HAIR I WENT THERE TODAY AND FOUND ME A 22"INCH WET AND WAVY LACE FRONTAL WIG I WILL BE GOING BACK TO GET SOME MORE HAIR
