Great facility, staff is very friendly and professional. Every therapist I have tried has been awesome but Jorge left me feeling brand new. He is professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to anyone needing some pain relief. I have been feeling a lot better after each visit.

Horrible first time experience with staff by the name of NICOLE. First of all, my appointment was set for another day and ended up having to be canceled due to the therapist not being able to work that day (understandable). Nicole offered me an appointment for the prior day at 9 am. It was last minute so I had to move things around on my schedule to be able to come in that day. I was running late to this appointment and called the first time and didn’t receive an answer. I called again about 6 minutes later letting Nicole know that I am about 9 minutes away. NOT 9 minutes late because I called her at 9:09. She said that’s fine and that she will let the therapist know. I end up arriving between 9:20 and 9:25. I was in the parking lot for about 5 minutes as I had to set my daughter’s stroller up. I go to check in just for them to tell me that I’m too late and me being seen today depends on if someone cancels. I said why didn’t you tell me this over the phone because I would have just rescheduled as today wasn’t my original appointment anyway. Instead of showing some compassion and empathy, she’s like “you told me you were only going to 9 minutes late” which is INCORRECT because I said I was 9 minutes away on the call at 9:09. Instead of rescheduling, I am going to ask my doctor today to refer me to another physical therapy office as I do not want to deal with them.

I’m so grateful to have been assigned to CORA PHYSICAL THERAPY in HOMESTEAD, after undergoing bilateral knee replacement surgery on 9/11/2024. At my very first visit I felt welcomed and reassured of getting the very best help from the very professional staff there. From Maggie who helped me sign in, to all the other ladies who assessed my condition, to my PHYSICAL THERAPIST, ORLANDO, who has been so considerate of the pain I’m experiencing, but has been a source of encouragement, always telling me that I’m doing good and giving me a high five when I complete a task. I’m forever grateful for what they’re doing for me.

Great experience here. I love how quickly I was able to get in, evaluated, and on a treatment plan. The therapists are great and you could tell they make a great team. It's a feel-good place for patients where one can actually feel the compassion and care exhibited by the staff and this, for me, was a motivating factor to keep attending sessions. I was fortunate enough to have Jorge as my therapist and I can probably write pages about it. But in short, he is extremely knowledgeable and has a passion for what he does, explains everything every step of the way, diversifies exercises as needed, and challenges/motivates you. I only wish CORA wouldn't cap out your visits, as some cases/patients experience extended recovery times - and this is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5
