The staff were all helpful and courteous. And the nurse practitioner was awesome and actually listened to me. What a pleasure. Not to mention, the wait time was barely anything... Great experience! I will definitely be back and I will continue to recommend lifeguard Urgent Care. Thank you!

I want to start with stating the woman at the front desk was very nice and polite. I had no problems with her and would highly recommend her. My problem is I went in to be seen, waited an hour just to be told the doctor refuses to see me because I mentioned I had dizziness and said I had to go to the er. This is absolutely ridiculous and not okay in any way. I explained repeatedly that I’m not having a heart attack and have had the symptoms for over a week and likely they related to other issues that I actually went in there for, yet she still refused to see me. That would have been nice to know before sitting there for an hour while really not feeling good at all and in pain!

THE WORST.. I definitely would refer EVERYONE to the Veterinarian that considering to go to this place. Please do yourself a favor AND DON'T GO! The Woman that claims to be a Physician... Definitely is an IDIOT. My own personal Dr. Agrees. But the Front Desk Receptionist. Are Amazing! If you go GOOD LUCK.. NEVER WILL ANYONE I KNOW will go there. God Bless

This walk in clinic is excellent! Dr Ellen was very good and knowledgeable and very kind to help me. I'm so grateful. The staff is so good and Doug puts you at ease. I've been going here for several years when I can't get to my regular doctor.

Lifeguard Urgent Care is great! I have been a few times. Both times I was able to book online in advance, and complete my paperwork ahead of time. I was seen quickly both times, and everyone there has been kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Great experience was greeted courteously by receptionist she even answered some of my concerns. I was quickly after seen by the nurse who took all my vitals and wrote my concerns. Then not long after I was seen by the doctor who took my needs quickly and prescribed me medication. I highly recommend if anyone needs to see an urgent doctor.

I'm really glad I chose Lifeguard Urgent Care when I recently started having flu symptoms. I went first thing in the morning and I was able to get registered very quickly and seen after a pretty short wait considering there were two people there before me. The team was thorough and efficient at evaluating my symptoms and administering the test. Luckily I didn't have the flu or COVID and they were able to give me an accurate diagnosis and treatment for my illness. I would recommend to anyone if you're feeling ill to go ahead and stop in at Lifeguard.
