I have been going to Dr. Bermudez for a while now never once has he been professional back in December they drew blood from me apparently I have diabetes today is April and I’m just finding out after going in the office today and expressing how upset I was he acted like it was a joke so I got upset and we exchanged words. Then he acted like he was going to fight me and kicked me out of his office. When he saw that I am not the one to play with he called the cops his father and mother work there don’t ask me why because they’re definitely not in the medical field but hey, they came into the room and tried to attack me they also saw that it was in their best interest not to touch me needless to say the cops came and saw the situation and said that I have any right to be upset, I am a father of five and I want to be here for my kids. My medical life is not a joke. Every time I needed a referral to go to another doctor. The other doctors never received referrals. I would have to go back to And pick it up personally because obviously they didn’t know what they were doing 💯 with that being says if you’re looking for a doctor this is definitely not the one
PS Only given one star because Google made me‼️

The Wait time sitting in the lobby is ridiculous. If or when Dr. Bermudez sees you, it’s like he’s annoyed by your presence.

This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever experienced. My disabled mother went to the office alone today to get blood work and was HUMILIATED by the rude and disrespectful receptionist, Nicole. My mother has extreme difficulty writing and asked that the receptionist write down her name for her on the sign in sheet. Nicole proceeded to belittle her for her disability until loudly asking her for her name and date of birth. My mother was made to feel as though her condition was an inconvenience and that not even her own doctors office is a safe space.
PATIENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS BEWARE! - this is not the type of place where elders are treated with dignity and respect.

The office is extremely old, bathroom not in good condition and there’s a whole in the wall which is very uncomfortable. No AC in the waiting room, which makes the wait horrible , like if we are in a third world country, and they overbook appointments, there’s only 1 doctor and there are 5 people for the same time which I don’t understand.
Only reason why I’m giving two stars is because the doctor did not minimize my symptoms like other doctors do, and referred me to other specialist and to run some tests to discard any major problems. Also some of the staff members are nice.

I normally reserve any review I write to praise either an individual or an establishment. Alas, in this case I feel compelled to share a very negative testimonial after repeated interactions with this individual who had one more encounter than necessary with my daughter, her father, and other beloved caretakers devoted to her health as she is intellectually as well as physically disabled. If you are looking for informed, compassionate care, propriety, and a good bedside manner, search elsewhere.

This place lacks medical professionalism and apparently isn't aware that patients have ears that hear their gossips and rude conversations. Medical ethics isn't something they were taught or even questioned in this clinic. As a medical professional myself I was disgusted with how everything went. God forbid I work in a place like this, I could not wait to leave. 2 hrs waiting and we were the only ones waiting for the Dr.Bermudez to see us, which by the way needs to learn basic manners.

Without leaving out the giant religious statues standing outside of the clinic and inside. This clinic REALLY needs to work on their appearance and medical ethics towards their patients. I'd rather travel 1 hr to go see a doctor up in Hialeah then come here which is a 3 min drive.

If I could give a zero star I would . I came today to the office and I told the front desk lady I’m here cause I was in the hospital but that I still feel sick . She asked me if I had my discharge , I said “yes” but I would like to sit down with the doctor to explain to him before anything was done. She kept telling me that she needs those paper . I kept telling that I prefer giving them myself to him because I wanted to talk to him more in details before anything was done. She turned around and gave me a nasty look and turned around . I’m assuming she went to say something negative to the doctor about me . Well after a few minute and after a few words back and foward they where giving each other and laughing the doctor decides to come out and ask me for the papers of my discharge . I told him I would like to please sit down and talk to you first my visit isn’t much about my discharge . He said he need it the papers and I kept explain I’m not here for this but can I please sit down in a room and explain to you how I’m feeling first . Well ended up taking my private papers that I didn’t feel comfortable giving to him at that moment in a lobby and gave to the girl that gave me a nasty look and just didn’t care at all how I felt about that. He said that I had to give him my personal discharge paper . How is that possible ? Do I have to give him my discharge there in a lobby ? Couldn’t I explain first what I wanted to tell him and then show him my papers ? Don’t I have the right to refuse at the moment where I didn’t feel comfortable giving him my personal papers until we went to a room ? .
I’m an accounted for 6 employees for Telemundo and I’m definitely going to ask for help to take this to the news cause I definitely left the lobby crying and just didn’t feel comfortable being seen anymore. A patient should always feel welcome and comfortable when you go visit your doctor .
