Michael Hancock has been my primary care provider for almost 15 years and from the first visit, I knew I was in good hands. He takes his time and listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail so you understand. Staff has also been great and easy to deal with. John at the front desk is very helpful and informative.

Michael Hancock and his staff deserve a 5 star rating all day every day. Every experience has been top-notch. All identified issues are followed by the proper treatment or referral as needed. Follow-up is thorough and timely. I completely trust this office with my health care, and I am so grateful to be their patient. Highly recommend.

Waited 3 mo for appointment. They scheduled me day after Thanksgiving. Dr decides to take off that day. Instead of moving my appointment up they pushed it back another 2 months. Could have been dead already. There's no actual phone in the office to talk to anyone they connect u thru a call center. It's crazy. Not saying the doctor isn't good but the whole process is really complicated.

Michael Hancock is one of the best nurse practitioners/physicians I have ever been to. He has helped me so much to diagnose many difficult autoimmune issues and continues to guide me through issues patiently and with much empathy and expertise. I greatly appreciate him and the entire staff.

I love Michael and his office. He listens to my concerns, he explained the new meds and referrals to me and spent time going over side effects and a plan for the on going issue I’ve been having. His office staff is always prompt to respond to medication and portal requests (which they tell you always is the best contact). They’re all great!

One of the best choices was to choose Mr. Hancock for my medical needs. He is an excellent listener, compassionate caregiver and ready to meet any need that I expressed at the time. I was not rushed, I was listened to, and my issue was resolved. Definitely felt like I was in excellent hands. Very very pleased with my service with him as my provider. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I had our first visit with Mike Hancock. What a breath of fresh air he is! Very very nice, knowledgeable, very professional.
Took time explaining everything , took his time and was personable.
He makes you feel very comfortable and knowing he truly cares is such a wonderful feeling. He is a keeper for sure!

Michael truly cares and takes his time with every patient as an individual. I see him as well as my husband and I have never had a Doctor or ARNP make me feel as comfortable and listen to my needs and follow through as I have with Michael Hancock.
