Dr Kemp is great. I have a fairly complex medical history and he is able to help me each time I need it. They do tend to be busy and it feels they are rushed at times but that is normal for and Dr these days. I highly recomend Dr Kemp or any of the Doctors at NorthRiver Primary Care.

Was sent a letter stating that labs had a problem from June 6.received letter between July 1 and 12. We were on vacation then. On July 15 husband when by to find out the problem and girl kept the paper ,took name and number someone would call. Letter had stated they had tried to call. No call, no message, no missed calls on phone. Went back on July 16 same runaround and left number again. Still no call. Wife called on July 17 and again today on July 29..apparently nothing serious or he would be dead by.now.

Dr. Kemp is fantastic. He has helped with medical problems that other doctors could not diagnose. He takes time with patients to answer any questions and explain medical options. I have consistently had good experiences at every appointment, and nursing staff are also fantastic! I highly recommend this physician.

Dr. Kemp is a top rate GP for my wife and myself. He never seems to be in a hurry and is really interested in why I came in. He is not your typical 15 minutes or less Doctor, but will talk about your problem and what’s going on in my life...not just a pill and out the door. We have been extremely happy and fortunate to have Dr. Kemp as our Doctor.

I would think twice before scheduling a new appt with Dr Coppock. I thought at first I was treated well although my issue was not fully addressed. He filled me up with scripts for sinus infection which I still have. He did not care about my arthritis which at times is very hard to function. Keep in mind my husband went in because he thought he twisted knee and was given a month's supply of hydrocodone even though he stated he did not want. Coppock insisted. One of my Dr asked Dr Coppock to please call him and so I got dropped as a patient. No reason given just won't see me anymore. Evidently he doesn't treat women the same as men. Waited 4 months without Dr to see him. Would not recommend. Should have checked him out. Already left 1 practice and has only practiced since 2016. Maybe another field where compassion, listening, caring, helping would be better suited. Thinking seriously of reporting to medical board. Never ever had to do only in Tuscaloosa. Sorry to say I am new to community and very disappointed. Did they do away with Oath.. Being 66 I would take the old days of medicine over this. Frustrated!!!Oh yes he didn't tell me the receptionist did. What does that say about him. All I ask was to speak with him

A truly professional, smart Doc! Has always listened to my concerns and made sure I was heard. He goes out of his way to address your needs quickly and efficiently. Also, the new facility is absolutely beautiful and the people at the front desk are delightful! Would 100% recommend.

Dr kemp is an amazing Dr.! He listens to what you have to say and addresses all your concerns. He truly cares about his patients! He takes his time with you and doesnt rush out if the room. Best Dr i have ever been to!!!!

Filled out a book of paper work to become new patients. Called once to make an appointment, left a msg, never heard back. Called again, left a msg, never heard back. Called again, got an answer. Asked to make an appointment on a Monday and was told they don't see new patients on Mondays. I asked for an appointment after 4. I was told they don't see new patients after 2:30. I told her I work until 4 and I'm only off on Mondays. She said she couldn't help me and I said I guess I don't need an appointment then. So the paper work was a waste of time and they refuse to work with your schedule basically. I can't afford to miss work for a doctor's appointment when I'm off on mondays! Stupidest thing I've ever heard!
