My mental health nurse practitioner is here and he’s great. I’ve been coming here for many years. They are very efficient and their reception. Staff and secretaries are very friendly. I’ve only been here on an outpatient basis, though.

This review is for my experience with Dr. Harris. He was one of those psychiatrists who doesn’t listen to or respect the wishes of his patients. He did not take time to get to know me or my background and instead just asked a list of yes or no questions which I assume he must have got straight from the DSM 5. He instantly tried to prescribe medication I didn’t feel I needed simply on the basis of my past diagnoses. All I was looking for was a Psych I could go to in order to get refills for my Zoloft. I am stable and happy with the regimen I am on! When I told him I wasn’t interested in Respiradone because of its documented effect on male and female hormones, weight gain, and drowsiness he Gaslighted me saying none of that was true. He proceeded to prescribe it anyway for “legal purposes”. When I left I found out that Respiradone is a medication that could harm my unborn child! If I could give him a 0 I would. 1. For not listening or caring about my input or wishes. 2. For prescribing medication that is contraindicated for pregnancy. 3. For gaslighting 4. For being an arrogant prick

These people before me must have entitlement issues thinking these people have to help you or whatever listen just like promising if u don’t like the facility don’t do drugs the food ahh it wasn’t the best but who cares ur not there to have fun it’s a place to get ur life back

In my opinion this facility is doing a great job at helping people and I would deff send someone here for treatment

Dr William is the shit nicest guy I’ve ever met.

Good job Baycare !!!!!4.5 stars only cause the food was 3.5 outa 10 but the treatment was 100%

I cannot express how thankful I am for this place, and the doctors and staff working there. The ladies that Genoa pharmacy are amazing as well. I cannot express how much I love Dr Chris! His smile just brightens up your whole day, and you can really tell that he cares about every patient. I've been here for almost 2 years and I am absolutely thankful for each and every person here!! I'm not sure why they don't have five stars but I give them 10 Stars.

Words cannot express my gratitude for this facility. From the moment I walked in to checking out and receiving my future appointment I was treated with upmost respect and care. Miss Brandi was my nurse and I was seen by Dr. Reipen and Dr. Fields. Not only were the professional but they were very kind and simply provided exemplary patient care. I look for to my next visit!

So uncaring and rude. Made me feel horrible. My husband almost died and Dr. Chrys yelled at me acting like i was faking or something. He's super cold. Everyone else seemed nice. Getting a doctor who cares. I never recommend this place to anyone please go elsewhere.

My review..Simply pick a different clinic, this one was a complete waste of time. Or maybe just the person I saw there, to be fair. Not only did it take months to get in stretching out medicine like none of us want to do, I did not get anything from my appointment other than complete regret. I had an appointment with dr (who was probably a nurse practitioner or something realistically) Harris who is complete trash and wanted to change all my medicine on day one of a brand new journey with a new doctors office, “o let’s just stop a medication you have been taking for years”. Trying to get anything related to mental health is hard these days and this clinic really goes into that group. I definitely should have looked at the reviews.🤦‍♂️
