I had a seven year-old memory foam mattress which was sloping, and my back was hurting. I went to Naples Mattress and was lucky enough to meet with Christina. She listened carefully to what I was interested in ; she then systematically had me try out two mattresses at a time to get an idea of what made me feel most comfortable. From there I was able to compare that to similar mattresses in a range of price points . I found the perfect mattress! No pressure. Christina is very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Despite the fact it’s the weekend before Christmas, my mattress will be delivered on Monday! Kudos to the North Naples Mattress

We were surprised at how small the store is but "good things come in small packages"! Christine was friendly and super helpful. Delivery was very fast and delivery guys were really nice and very efficient. We had shopped around and this was reasonably priced and the most comfortable of the ones we'd looked at.

I would like to share my wife and myself's experience with Naples Mattress .We purchased our King split adjustable the last week in November and it was delivered Nov 8th . I was getting up 4 to 5 times a night and now I'm down to 1 time a night . We haven't slept this well in ten years. Our sales person Patty was so patience with us through the whole process and we thought everything was priced right.Anyone out there looking for a GREAT night's sleep should shop here first.

Naples Mattress was a top notch company from inquiry phone call through to delivery! Kristina, the salesperson, was particularly impressive in her thorough description of products and helpful demeanor. She went above and beyond! She came over after her working hours to personally deliver some shorter legs for the bed we bought when I told her my 96 year old father would fall out if we kept the high legs! Highly recommend!

Great experience, went there to look at the Puffy line of mattresses. The salesman was excellent. He knew the product and helped us through the process answering all our questions . We made our purchase and within the two weeks quoted we had the new mattress delivered and on the bed! Excellent, no pressure, knowledgeable folks.I will be back! Oh, and the delivery guys were excellent also!
