This clinic is the worst of could leave no stars at all I would! To start I showed up for an appointment and was told I don’t have an appointment for that day, which was odd because a representative from the office called me the day before to confirm. As I was talking to the receptionist reassuring her I had an appointment, she was changing my appointment to another day (which I obviously couldn’t see what she was doing behind the computer). I then proceeded to call the representative back that told me I had an appointment, THIS REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I DID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE REPRESENTATIVE CHANGED IT WHILE I WAS IN THE OFFICE!!!…the rep which I believe was maybe at a call center ask me to pass my phone so he could speak to the representative at the front desk (which she refused cause she was caught red handed). Now fast forward I have an appointment tomorrow and can’t even get hold of anyone…I see why they filed for bankruptcy, business is terrible inside and out!!!!

I had an appointment for 8:40, it's 10:10 and they still haven't called.
It is too long to wait, when you have an appointment.
Just as I misjudged the waiting time.
I evaluate the care of Dr. Nephrologist Aramis Paz as excellent.

I have called the office
13 times in 3 weeks and no one calls me back they do not answer the phone at all they have me leave recorded messages...and never once called me back....worse cliniic ever!!

Hello everyone, I been coming to caremax for over 5 yrs and the service is excellent I will recommend anyone who is looking for a clinic this place would be the perfect fit for all your needs they ha w everything that you need to get done right here. Dr. Maria Jaime is an excellent doctor and the whole team at the front desk and Cecilia is awesome she is the manager so go and take a look and see her.
