Family member came here to see and receive hip replacement surgery with Dr. Elstad .. he did a great job at the surgery ctr. He was a informative and empathetic Doctor" I would definitely recommend him for surgery.. thank you for a new lease to walk again. I wish I could say something good as well for the customer service at the "physical therapy office" on the 1st floor" but it was not a good experience, the front desk employee should not deal with the public and definitely could use some customer skills ..upon calls made on a few different occasions over a few months time she was rude and obnoxious"".. employees like that could deter patients from wanting to do their follow-up physical therapy ... On a better note at least Eva who was the therapist seen was friendly, polite and helpful..

Dr Beebee ands his staff are amazing! He did my neck ablation and a few cortisone shots in my neck and shoulders and I am feeling so much better-
Everyone is so nice and efficient and hardly any wait time!!

Dr. Biggs and the Joint Replacement Center were amazing from the beginning to end with first visit and through surgery and follow-ups! I need to get my left knee replaced soon and I am confident and optimistic as Dr. Biggs is very likable, caring, and one of the top hip/knee surgeons in the world!

In the entirety of the healing process of my spine issue, the most frustrating and stressful part has been dealing with this institute and their lack of accuracy, lack of proper communication and lack of scheduling. The poor attitude and constant miscommunication from their staff make it extremely difficult to get any attention, calls back or proper scheduling. I just wasted an hour waiting for my appointment, for them to tell me "my appointment was a mistake" and not supposed to be scheduled today. I was turned away and rescheduled, after awaiting a follow up to my /second/ epidural in early February. The first epidural was supposed to be in December 31-- after calling for over 3 weeks and them not "having received my referral yet" from my neurologist. However, when it was finally scheduled it was communicated that on the 31st I would have my epidural. During that appointment, I was just told that I had to come back because it was only a consultation, despite the reception desk telling me several times that it was the /epidural/, and I and my family asked for the day off work to prepare. It cost me time, pain and another copay just to see him again two weeks later. I was in tears hearing that I had to wait more weeks, when my original injury and appointment was in the beginning of November.

Every visit here is constant frustration and lack of efficiency. The turnover rate is high, and it's always different people. No one here gives you any attention or really seems to care. I hear their physical therapy program might work, but by all means, I would avoid this place for any proper and prompt care or attention. For a pain management institute, I would expect efficacy or at least some professionalism. I could not review this lower than 0 stars.

My total experience has always been one of complete satisfaction.
Doctor Biggs did a total replacement on my left knee without problem and returned my call if I had any questions, without delay.
I have seen Erin for pain in my right knee pain. She has extremely knowledgeable, helpful, caring and personable, making me always feel very comfortable.

Waiting time was less than 10 minutes. The staff was very professional and when Dr. Will came in the room he was very good about answering my questions I had. I had a shot in my left knee which today is feeling much better. The only complaint is no one answered my phone messages. I called 4 times in 8 days, then left messages on other phone numbers on every menu and finally someone called & made my appointment on the 8th day

The best place to go for professional care..Dr.Biggs is the man..my tkr was amazing. The pt staff was great and Erin is a sweetheart. I cannot speak highly enough for all the staff workers as well. Thankful to have found The Joint Replacement Institute !
