Great place near my home. The therapist Kelly is awesome ,very kind and patient. So is the front desk receptionist Viva and the Dr is extremely kind and friendly, Delbert. They have been very patient as I have other medical problems and have had 12 surgeries on my left foot. I have done my best to go and they have been a blessing to me . I will miss the therapy .

I am concerned about the professionalism of the facility. Some of the employees at this location cannot seem to separate their personal thoughts, feelings , and emotions from how they treat their clients. While they have been patient with scheduling issues, there has been a lack of communication in several areas and as the client you will find yourself asking several questions regarding any updates on your wellbeing. I’ve recently looked into discontinuing their services due to how uncomfortable I felt there despite the fact that I still need care. A change in location might be underway.

Amazing service here! I was referred here after an accident and was assigned to Kelly. She’s very kind and very good at her job. All my sessions have been relaxing and helpful. The rest of the staff are also very nice and clear. I would definitely recommend this place to other people!

Viva is so helpful, kind, and friendly! She saved my day today with my appointment! Also, I’ve had issues with blood draw my entire life, because I have small roller veins (😩🥴), and only two people everrrrr have able to draw my blood once! One of the two is Bianca at Family Medical Group! Thank you, both SO MUCH for today’s experience!!!

I’ve been a client since August, coming for Physical Therapy after an accident. I see Kelly multiple times a week & she’s great at what she does. Takes her time, gentle but gets the job done, & very sweet. Good conversation & overall a big help to my recovery & body. The ladies at the front desk are just as nice. As well as the other staff in the building. The entire company is great. Great people here to take care of your needs. Highly recommend for anyone interested in the services they offer!

The BEST EXPERIENCE ever! I can’t thank the staff enough at the North Miami location. You can feel the positive energy from when you first walk-in. Viva and Bianca welcoming you with all smiles. I saw PA Adriana wow was she amazing. I explained to her alll of my chief complaints the way she natured and cares is so soothing. I absolutely appreciate Bianca for being on top of making sure I attend all my appointments. As a former medical assistant myself the treatment I received here is what keeps a busy medical workplace growing. Let’s not forget how clean and beautiful the office is. I highly recommend FMG!

I went here for the first time a few months ago and met the kindest, most helpful staff including Bianca and Viva! They were amazing in guiding me through the process and answering all my questions. Even though they were in a doctor transition, it all went super smooth and provided me with a great experience! I will continue to come back here.
