I want to rate it a zero cause it don't deserve no ratings. This have been the worse experience I've ever had been in a hospital. I've only had like nurses that actually took the tyme out to care for my baby and myself. The other nurses on the 3rd floor in the women's pavilion were very rude r didn't help when asked and on top of that no 1 has been here to clean my room. But they take out the trash🤦🏽‍♀️

Alexander D. Brickler, MD Woman’s Pavilion. My experience as a guest. The waiting room in front of the triage (before soon to be mom gets a room) is clean and comfortable. The hospital staff came to clean it about every hour or two. Only one person is allowed back during this triage time, prior to getting a room. The televisions work and there is a children’s area. Bring your own snacks/food unless you like vending machine selections.

Staff is professional. Rooms are comfortable while Mom’s are waiting/laboring.

I had an incredible experience here! Every nurse my baby and I had during our stay was phenomenal!! Dr. Dixon did an emergency c section, and was so kind and calming! He definitely made that experience a lot easier on both my husband and I! The anesthesiologist stayed right by me and helped keep me calm during and after delivery! Our nurse Taylor was so sweet, and even made us a little keepsake for our baby! We felt so supported in every decision we made for us and our son. Thank you for helping us have a great birth experience! We are forever grateful for this team for helping our 10 pound baby get here safely!

I am considering applying for a job here. The doctor, father delivered my grandmothers children. She spoke highly of him until her passing. She was having babies in the 1940’s and I will never forget how she spoke about him being caring and compassionate for her. In 2011, she was having uterine problems and Dr. Brickler’s “son” cared for her. She was so happy that the son was her doctor. I just admire this story. It would be an honor to work as a nurse for this office.

First time mom & let me just say RN Blair was absolutely AMAZING! She was there for me every step of the way & I couldn’t ask for anyone better to be by my side for my first time birthing experience. She went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure everything went smoothly, safe, and guided me through the actual delivery making me feel confident & ready to meet my bundle of joy! She was the best I could ever Imagine to be by my side during this time. I could never thank her enough for being so amazing!!

I gave birth here a month ago to my first baby and my overall experience was AMAZING! I was listened to, reassured when I got super anxious about being induced, and the care I received from nurse Ester in delivery was incredible! I was very blessed with my whole experience and delivery team.

I only gave 4 stars though because in the postpartum unit, my room was not cleaned well and there was someone's old food left over in the fridge. Aside from this, I had an amazing nursing team my whole stay (Nurse Eva and Nurse Tamica). Both were so good to my family and were so helpful with lactation advice. I actually was very sad to leave their care. I had the best team a new mom could ask for 🙂
