Over the last 15 years, I've had numerous Mohs surgeries for skin cancer, all with satisfactory results and with site closures accomplished by the Mohs surgeon himself. However, my most recent Mohs was more drastic than previous ones, and the surgeon had a difficult time visualizing satisfactory closure. At that point he recommended closure by a plastic surgeon and referred me to Dr Casey Holmes at the Aesthetic Surgery Center in Naples. And I couldn't be more pleased. A major surgical site on my left temple was rendered virtually invisible, thanks to Dr Holmes magic. He treated me with professionalism and confidence, allaying my fears and generating a result that exceeded my every expectation. Aesthetic Surgery Center is such a wonderful place! From the moment you step in the staff at the front is warm, welcoming and professional. The nursing and medical assistant team is the best! Super knowledgeable and kind.

The waiting area is gorgeous and you feel like you’re in a luxury hotel which definitely helps to take the edge off being in a place that is so aesthetically pleasing.

Dr. Ross is amazing! He has changed my life and I was born again after he performed a breast reduction and lift surgery on me. I am more active than I’ve been in my life and my neck and back pain improved by 90%.

My breasts look amazing and I never thought I would say that because after fertility treatments they had grown out of hand. In addition to being an artist, Dr. Ross is so kind and empathetic you really feel comfortable.
