I s read many reviews here about nobody answering the phone. It took me 2 days to get through. When I finally spoke to someone, I told her I wanted to schedule a consultation. She asked me for my name and number and someone would call me to schedule it. For some reason I guess she can’t. Two days later nobody has called me. This is a red flag for me. I can’t imagine getting on a plan with them and knowing I can’t get ahold of them if I need something.

The TWLC staff is amazing!! They have been so supportive and encouraging during my wellness journey. They have affordable prices and products that have given me amazing results. Honestly the best experience I have ever had with a doctors office/clinic! I felt seen and heard and they listened to me about all of my concerns. Provided me with multiple packets of information, and also did not try to “push” anything on me! They helped me from the moment i walked in the door. They also sent me in a direction for a new general practitioner as well! 100% would recommend to any and every one!

Today was my first visit to the Tuscaloosa Weight Loss Center. I have tried every diet there is and haven’t had much luck so I decided to try a different approach withTWLC.
I was not kept waiting for long and met Josey who was very helpful. She listened, explained, and answered my questions. She provided me with a lot of information and left me feeling very hopeful that this time I will succeed with my goals.
Not once did I feel judged in any way for my shortcomings in my previous weight loss attempts.
I look forward to continuing my weight loss journey with her.

I called earlier this morning, and the receptionist was about as rude as they come. I asked if this was the Tuscaloosa Weight Loss Center and she kept stating another name. I asked several times and she kept repeating the same thing over and over, very unprofessional! I was simply trying to find out if I had the correct place that I saw online which I am guessing is under a different name. I own a business of over 200 clients and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! If the receptionist is this bad, I don't even want to think of what the people who would be caring for me is like. Horrible......

Have been three times, first consultation, second to get meds and b 12 shot and today weigh in and b12 shot! Staff is very friendly and gets me in and out! Always answers all my questions! Very happy first week lost 5.5 lbs!
