The staff is courteous and efficient. It took a minute to get us all organized and on the same page, but since then everything has flowed smoothly. I can't afford to run out of my glucose sensors, for I could easily go into a coma in my sleep from extremely low blood sugar. One source makes sure I'm well supplied. The Guardian 4 sensor talks to the pump to make sure I am only getting insulin when needed.

They keep saying they'll call me back, and never do. This is my 5th time calling, and STILL never received a call back from my representative. Even other reps can't get ahold of him. I'm now 2 months without my daughters formula after switching from CVS's company which i had no issues with. I've done all the communication with doctors and got the forms, I don't see the problem! Submit it to the insurance company DO YOUR JOB!

Update!!! Jodie, the person that replied to me below is someone Ive left a minimum of 4-5 messages for! Not only that, but I wrote this review because I was on call for almost an hour begging the person on call to put me in touch with her but all i got for the 4th time was “shes in a meeting”

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY EVERYONE IS CELEBRATING THE DEATH OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY CEO! Because you treat us like cattle! We’re not human to you! We are just numbers on a balance sheet! We can only wish for you to be treated the way that you treat us!

7 MONTHS!!! 7 Months it took for a call back that never came, while calling over and over and over and over, speaking to multiple representatives, leaving multiple messages. They sent us dexcom on 22nd of February! They put the date of service on the bill 2nd of march as we were switching insurance! So an insured dexcom became a $400 dexcom! How convenient! I started calling to find out about what happened, after monthly calls, messages, and promises of escalation and call back I called again today august 29th! 6 months!!! To which they tell me “the best we can do is give you a payment plan! THEY DIDN’T CALL ME BACK FOR 6 MONTHS AND CHARGED ME MONTHLY LATE FEES!!!!! Stay away from them! The worst customer service and the most horrible people I’ve had a chance to deal with! I ONLY PRAY EACH OF THEIR STAFF IS TREATED WHEN IN NEED THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I would have never thought a medical company could be ghetto and unhygienic. I had an order of feeding tube syringes and they opened the packages and threw them into a ziplock bag. Not only did they unwrap each syringe but they put my health at risk.
Oh and I recently had a package filled with ROACHES!!! they blamed it on the delivery truck however I’m finding a hard time figuring, how that many roaches could crawl into a taped shut box with no openings.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, even to my worse enemy. 🩷

They have sent my daughter's formula to the wrong address twice. They tell me they need copies of my insurance cards when they already have them and have been sending the stuff. Then they don't send unless I call/text them multiple times. Now this month they are saying that I have to pay 20% coinsurance when I have had to pay nothing due to having a secondary insurance to cover this. Now they are not in network with BOTH of her insurances. There is an incredible language barrier as well. I had my doctor switch to another provider.

If it’s set up properly and you don’t have too change anything they were great now that we’re changing formula and such I have to ration a already failure to thrive child to even less calories since they can’t get it together we were discharged the 7th and said would be overnighted is now 14th and saying shipped today. It’s not like my child’s sole nutrition and fluids depends on there services. Tired of the run around,

Edited to add they reached out and apologized explained New staff and would be receiving formula and supplies hopefully today, will see but before changes with formula never had issues. Hopefully training and explaining things will go smother for others as well.
