I had a very good experience with Dr.Day and her staff. Everyone was very nice and personable. They seemed to want to get to the bottom of my issues that I am having and seemed concerned. I recommend this place to everyone.I have been seeing Miss Merideth, the Nurse Practitioner on my journey of healing and she is wonderful and I highly recommend her and the staff. If not for her I could have lost my feet or legs. She recommended me to Wound care and I had surgery immediately and on the healing journey now.

The experience at Dr Day's office was great from the very beginning. Communication from the staff to schedule was open and flexible to accommodate our schedule. My son had some "emergency" needs and needed to be seen sooner than we originally scheduled and they found an opening for him. When we arrived to the clinic we checked in, and less than 3 minutes later we were going back to get vitals and discuss his needs. When the assistant left the room the Dr was there what seemed like immediately. She was very informative and interested in caring for my son. I was very pleased with everyone involved in our experience. I would recommend this clinic hands down from any others I have utilized in the area.

Always a wonderful experience when I visit Dr. Caroline Day & staff. Everyone makes me feel so welcome and relaxed (which helps since I have had white coat syndrome badly in the past). Actually, I look forward to my visits because I know I’m part of a team of people working to stay on top of my health. About 4 years ago, they figured out what was going on with me and took measures that drastically improved my health when all of the doctors at Kirklin Clinic and Birmingham could not figure out how to help me. So I’m forever grateful to Meredith and Dr. Day.

I absolutely love Dr Caroline Day & Dr Meredith Madison. My daughter and I have been using them as our family physicians for years and I fully trust them both to treat us with careful intention, personal interest, professional ethics and with an open mind. They have always made us feel safe, welcomed, and important- including their front desk staff and nurses! There is nothing that I wouldn't feel confident about bringing up to them for care. They feel like friends as well as our doctors. Priceless.

I had an absolute amazing first experience here. All staff were super sweet and very professional. I felt very comfortable from the time I stepped in the office, till I walked out. I already started to form a great bond with every staff member I came in contact with as well! I can’t wait to continue my appointments with them. Fantastic office staff. They have a wonderful message system that allows you to communicate with them, and they quickly respond. The office is clean. Very little wait time. Dr Day and Meredith are both extremely knowledgeable, listen, and look at symptoms as a whole. I am thrilled to have found them.

Dr. Day and Meredith are the best providers I have ever seen. They are so caring and listen to all of my concerns. They cheer for me in good times and comfort me in bad times. The office staff are sweet and kind. Wait times are zilch. I adore them all.

The staff is always helpful, efficient and friendly. I am always called back on time, appointments are through but not over long. Dr Day is always patient and answers all my questions and addresses any concern I have. When my general physician retired I am so glad I choose Dr Day and her amazing staff.
